The lead actors’ chemistry is very strong!
Overall, the story is fairly good and has the potential to explore many angles, but they stick too closely to the original plot instead of adapting it in a way that feels more fitting, which hurts the film’s reception in terms of storytelling.Aside from the strong chemistry between the two leads, the plot isn’t particularly standout. The script has many shortcomings, and the way conflicts are resolved often feels unconvincing. At times, it felt like they ended up together only because there was no one else left by their side, rather than because their feelings naturally grew while living together.
I hope they improve everything—from the writing to the acting—in the next series.

I really appreciate the performances of the young actors!
This film is slightly above average. The premise has a lot of potential, but the execution doesn’t fully deliver. There are quite a few plot points that feel out of place. The characters’ psychology should be heavy and impactful, yet the script doesn’t go far enough, so it sometimes leaves me feeling underwhelmed. I didn’t even feel heartbroken—rather than pushing the moral conflict to a higher level, I kept thinking there wasn’t really a convincing reason they couldn’t end up together.
That said, since they’re both new actors, I think they tried very hard, and I genuinely appreciate how seriously they approached their work. I hope they continue to improve in their next series.

The lead actor’s performance basically saved the whole film!
Their acting was much better than I expected. Overall, the story is above average. The director tries to dig too deeply into the characters’ psychology, which makes the pacing drag on and on, while the final episode ends up feeling rushed. The cinematography and lighting have serious issues—there are way too many poor camera angles. Even though the two lead actors deliver a solid performance, there are too many other factors that hurt the overall impression of the film.
I hope they improve the script and the cinematography in their next series.

The story and the acting both have serious issues!
As a neutral viewer with no bias, I have to be honest: the actors’ performances are below par. I could clearly tell they were acting—straining to force themselves into the characters. And the acting feels exactly like it did in TSOU, which means there’s been no improvement at all.The story is outdated and predictable, and the costumes/styling have issues. Aside from the actors’ looks, everything else is bad. This is a film produced in 2025, but it feels stuck 15 years in the past.
A good film needs more than just a story—it also needs strong acting. I hope they’ll improve in their next project.
