The problem is not the slowness, but rather all this awful bro for life crap that's repeated ad nauseam despite…
Also, there's literally nothing new. Last 2-3 episodes still have some progression finally. But before that it was literally the same thing AGAIN and AGAIN. The eat, work, he tries to confess, she tried to stop and then the bro bro game continues. Even in terms of the script (not just the feel of it all) has been v v repetitive. Thank god for the latest episodes, makes me wonder if the writer changed.
One ep a day is so annoying >_< Will they broadcast like this for the rest of the drama? Then I have to pause…
That's actually my problem with this show as well. I'm pretty good with slice of life, I absolutely love it. But even in that you have the leads at least interacting with each other, you feel the angst and the drama. But here, they are just not talking or even together on screen. I keep telling myself to hold out for one more day, lol. π
I haven't watched today's ep yet but am I the only ONE who is watching LND and never thought Danho was Yeondu's…
It has little to do with what people were 'fast' enough to catch or not, it's more about expectations. I agree, there were signs that she wasn't his daughter. In fact, I'm sure all veteran k-drama watchers already knew what was coming. But that's exactly the point. With how this show managed to break some stereotypes (for instance, the breakup between the BSR and her ex is phenomenal, realistic, mature and new), people maybe had more expectations. I remember reading many such comments after the last week's episodes. People wanted writers to finally embrace the single-widower dad trope. It's about HOPE. So yes, even though it was very obvious and evident, but even if it wasn't, it is VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING that they went down that line, YET AGAIN.
Loving the series so far, the chemistry between the main lead is wonderful and the secondary couple and third…
Interesting take because some of her outfits are super super in, a lot like they drew inspiration from the Prada 2024 collection or what we saw at the 2024 MFW. Definitely not my cup of tea though, so I can understand π
I guess it's fine to be jealous when you're unaware of your feelings because you can't just help it or whatever, but here the ML does not act like he's unaware (in denial, maybe, but not unaware). The jealousy then becomes so annoying because even though you can't help feeling that way, but you can - by confronting your feelings. Either you tell her or you let it go. What's with this passive-aggressive attitude, it's quite a turn-off.
Having said that, I'm liking the natural chemistry between these two. They are both some of my fav actors and I'm really excited to see their story develop. Hopefully faster rather than slow because I just don't want to see stupidity under the garb of jealousy. Also, ho happy to see Jun Ting again. I find him to be such a nice actor and so handsome. :)
I love this drama fr... but there are things that does not look moral to me ... but I can overlook these because…
what's interesting is that morality is very subjective. But I really like how you articulated yourself in such a respectful manner. It's very refreshing to see on this page!
Actually, I am not impressed with the story, really disappointed. Because even though this is a drama and Hae-yeong…
"According to this story, this story shows that there is no problem if a girl sleep/beds with 10 or 20 men. It is a negative example for society." - decided by whom?
I think the problem is that you guys donβt understand the difference between someone commenting ABOUT the series…
I've learned to respond selectively. People think only they're entitled to opinions and anyone who disagrees is wrong. This is a place to express your opinion and views about the show. As long as I'm doing that, I don't care about what anyone has to reply unless it's a constructive discussion. I treat this like my ranting sanctuary. Honestly, ignoring is bliss on this platform now. There are too many bots and attention seekers. Hope you don't get bummed and looking forward to interesting discussions in the future! :D
Actually sex is a very big deal for Asians. They just don't sleep around multiple partners they have around in…
@Luck I think you're generalising basis your POV. I studied in an East Asian country and have lots of friends, and most of them are very very open-minded and experienced. It's more like they don't talk about it, but it's not like it's not happening. For instance, why would there be so many love hotels, if people are not engaging in casual or even pre-marital sex? There are all kinds of people everywhere.
