Hi, when searching for the other version on MDL with the title you provideed, I get the version with Wu Jia Lu…
I've watched all three and can confirm that this Lu Lu Lu vs Lan Bo's & Zhang Ji Jun vs Mi Qi's are super similar, almost the same plot. The FL is a divine doctor, amnesiac, her face was once damaged by her stepmother and that's also when she first met ML who was injured and blind and then was treated by FL. After ML left, the stepmother and stepsister fed FL amnesiac medicine and steal her identity.

https://kisskh.at/797488-jin-li-fu-ren-ai-chi-gua-du-xin-shao-shuai-pian-chong-ta with Wu Jia Lu & Song Yu Bo is a different plot from those two above. The tone of this drama is also lighter & fun. The FL here is a scientist. Not a genius in modern era like the synopsis said, but can be considered a genius in olden times. She transmigrated to a novel and become a cannon fodder (The Villain's original wife). The bad thing is she doesn't have much information about this character although she read the book because it's only mention in passing in the novel. She only know that her character will die and the villain (her current husband) will fall in love with the novel FL who will become his father's ninth concubine. She transmigrated to the time before the beginning of the novel, before the novel FL appeared and there are no ninth concubine yet. I found her monologue hilarious. Recommended drama. I actually like this drama better than those two above.
