I watched both. If Yue Yu Ting version made you sad, then this one will probably make you sadder. Although the plot is roughly the same, there are a lot of differences in details and tone. The tone in this version feels gloomier. The ending is also different. IMO, YYT version is HE. This one is BE. In YYT ver., although she didn't love ML at the start and didn't want to marry him as his concubine, she did eventually gradually love him. In this version, I don't think she ever loved him, even until the end.

I actually already forgot about this drama and had to rewatch to answer your question. After finding the stuffs at the warehouse, she assumed that everything was planned by the ML to get her (including hurting her brother and ex-husband). FL mainly got mad that ML did not care about the lives of her loved ones simply to satisfy his desire for her. But from the conversation and ML reaction at around 2:11:25, her subsequent convos with 2FL, and rewatch from the beginning, it can be inferred that: 1. ML did not plan the incident where FL's brother broke someone's leg. But he did interfere after that. He must've talked to that Sun Yuan Wai (the father of broken leg boy) to not make things difficult for her family. He also took the apology present that FL gifted to Sun Yuan Wai (which FL found later in his storeroom). I assumed because he did not like to see her belongings in other people's hands. 2. He did plan to have FL carved the jade statue with a guy named Dou Shan. This Dou Shan guy had previously placed an order with FL jade shop and paid a deposit (long before the broken leg incident, so not planned by ML). However after the incident which involved authorities (FL's brother was jailed for a while), FL's father wanted to retract the order and was willing to repay twice the deposit (this is also not planned by ML). But Dou Shan refused and said that if they insisted, they had to pay 10,000 liang (from this point onwards, I assumed ML got his hand on it). Next, because they couldn't retract the order, FL had to go to Dou Shan's house in lieu of his father to carve the statue. 3. FL knew that it was ML who deliberately searched for 2FL and arranged her reunion with 2ML (ex-husband). In the conversation with 2FL that starts around 2:08:22, 2FL told FL that ML will help to redeem 2FL if 2FL can make FL & 2ML divorce. The only way to divorce successfully is to use 2ML's life to threaten her mother-in-law. So FL assumed that the whole farce with kneeling 3 days 3 nights in the rain outside Jiao Fang Si to redeem 2FL is planned by ML and JFS's pimp. However the truth is this was planned by 2ML. Even the previous engagement of 2ML & 2FL was deliberately broken by 2ML because he didn't like her and already had FL in his heart. Everybody thought that the engagement was broken because of 2FL's bad family situation.

Who knew that during his coma, his mother accidentally found FL to marry his almost-dead-body. Upon waking up, he was surprised and happy, but still didn't want to burden FL, so he told her he already loved someone and never slept with her. He tried to divorce her peacefully (not making her the fault) but his mother kept refusing. So he thought of a divorce plan since his reunion with 2FL. He wanted to divorce FL to return her freedom. He definitely did not plan the part about ML offering him medicine in exchange for FL. So he did not take the medicine and died not long after. The medicine was given back to FL by 2FL in hope that FL can use that to free herself from ML if she wishes to. It is no wonder that 2FL hate her, because ML used her to keep the ex-husband in check and the ex-husband used her to fulfil FL freedom.
