Why do you hate Dong Koo? His story is one of the fresh ones imo. If a romcom is made just focusing solely on…
I don't find any of his scenes funny at all, just cringe and annoying. Imo his story line is the worst part of this show. It probably wouldn't be as bad if they only devoted like 1/4 of the screen time to it that they are. His whole story line doesn't add anything to the overall story yet he still gets like 10-15 minutes each episode and the story deserves maybe 2-3 at most

I think they should have dedicated an episode to their lives in Joseon instead of so many flash backs
Most of the flashbacks are the EXACT SAME scene. Like, we get it, she caught a leaf, saw cupid, king saw her. You don't have to show us 30+ times

The actress who played as the Joseon BR had a busy 2023, she was also in Killing Vote and Park's Marriage Contract that I know of

Title My Man Is Cupid Spoiler
I actually like them, I think the tall one who was lead in a BL is super cute, but what it is nonsensical is why…
They want to go home, not back to the Joseon period. They aren't from Earth and have been stuck here for 500 years as a punishment. All 4 cupids were actively working on going home (leaving Earth) until Sang-Hyuk and Dong-Gu started actively sabotaging the plan because of their relationships. They aren't being selfish, SH and DG are

If she's overweight I am obese 🙄
She obviously isn't but I can see how they have those clinics in SK since the KBS is crazy. I saw one of those street interview videos on insta recently. Apparently the "rule" is their height in cm and subtract 115. That is their "goal/ideal" weight in kg. It's insane to me. A 5'5" female "should" be 114lb.

the stupidity was absolutely bewildering 💀 i was hoping for it to explode on his finger or something
I think that was ep 2 or 3. And yeah, that was dumb af but at least she had a purpose, trying to save the ML who would have definitely died if she didn't pull him away

yep. luckily they are still very rare. Alchemy of Souls and Uncanny Counter did it right though in my opinion

someone said 16 episode is too much
I think most of the time 16 episodes is the sweet spot. It's long enough to give an in depth story without (usually, depends on the drama) too much filler. A lot more 8-12ep dramas I've watched felt kind of rushed, compared to 16ep dramas feeling draggy to me. Also a big reason I'm not a huge fan of CDramas, unless the story is amazing, with the huge episode count the show starts dragging horribly to me

I think part of it might be how most dramas tell the whole story in one season. When I first started watching K-Dramas, almost never having a 2nd season was weird to me, but the writers going into it with the knowledge of it being a one-off seems to cause less filler and a more to the point plot that flows better

Title Marry My Husband Spoiler
This drama is just like perfect marriage revenge, I really don’t feel the show from episode 1 to 2 cos I feel…
She's still acting timid a lot of the times because she has an end game... she doesn't just want to cut them out of her life, she wants to transfer all of her bad luck onto her friend. If she just cuts them out of her life, Su-Min would (probably) no longer be interested in Min-Hwan because she can't take him from Ji-Won.

She has shown her true strength a few times but she is pacing it out. And she doesn't fully realize that Ji-Hyuk likes her yet nor is she even interested or in the headspace for a relationship, so using his affection for her to undermine her manager wouldn't even cross her mind. It seems to me that HE remembered that Su-Min "came up" with the meal kits, which is why when Ji-Won told him kinda offhandedly that she was working on that, he told her to bring it to him directly because he realized what happened 10 years ago and is planning on not letting the manager and Su-Min take credit for it anyways even though that is what they are planning to do.

Her personality has changed and everyone has commented on that. She is developing a backbone but that can't really just happen overnight.

what the fuck does this post even mean? No one in the movie is gay, so the first half of your post is pointless to this movie.

Oh wait. This isn't John Wick 4. So the rest of your post is pointless too...

Like seriously... What were you trying to say in this?!?

It's incredible how Soo Min made beautiful Ji Won her DUFF.Initially when she came back, I felt a little bit bad…
Yeah she is the queen of gas lighting. It's not even just Ji-Won, she does it to everyone. Really, without Ji-Won's knowledge of the future, or our knowledge by being viewers, she comes off as the sweet perfect friend which is how she was able to get away with it for so long.

Even though he has other major issues, you can see how she is manipulating Min Hwans view of Ji-Won without him knowing

She has the whole team thinking she is great and the team leader honestly thinks she wants him and doesn't notice it's all about her getting promoted

Right? There are so many other examples like that too. It's like everyone that isn't a main character in the show has 0 common sense

still baffles me how many people don't realize how different guwon really is compared to most chaebol ceo male…
He is different because he isn't the normal chaebol ML. Chaebol ML CEO types are normally business oriented, cold characters .Gu-Won doesn't gaf about the business at all throughout most of the show. The only reason he came back in the first place really was to piss off his half-sister. His characterization is more like the playboy prince type in Western media. I think a big premise of this show is the fact that when he meets and as he starts to fall for Sa-Rang, he sees his ways were wrong and starts to better himself

Maybe Dong-Gu starts chasing someone else and BR's friend gets jealous and gets the book? I hope not, but at least that would make that whole asinine side story have a purpose. Something like that is the only reason I can see for them to keep continuing that story line.

Another possibility would be the vet across the street. She's been jealous since the start since Nanas hotness took all her business away lol

I’ve never seen the bf in anything else before, so I don’t have any preconceived image of him in my head.…
His big claim to fame was Welcome to Waikiki, which is slapstick comedy-ish. I think he is doing an amazing job of abusive psycho boyfriend and also don't find it funny. But I think a lot of people see the Waikiki character and because of that, even non humorous scenes have at least a bit of humor due to that. Kind of like if you see Adam Sandler in a role as abusive partner, all his other works and characters that you are used to and associate him with would change your perspective on the bad character and you wouldn't take it as seriously

They've done ML's return to the past completely differently. No wishing to return to the past in exchange for…
I haven't read the webtoon so I can't compare them. From what I have read on here, they seem to be sticking very close to it so maybe they will have the ML have a different interaction with the driver in a flashback? IDK for sure, but they definitely implied in the flashback after when she was counting the money that the driver was her father('s soul?) so it would be weird if that was the only scene with him imo

Just rewatched it and yeah she pulled all of the money out of the coat pocket so I was wrong. The reason I thought it was the money from the cab driver is because he gave her from his wallet 50000 won bills folded in half, the bill with the heart was a 10000 won bill folded in quarters the same way the driver handed it back to her so I thought since it was on her when she died, it was on her after the rebirth and not in her purse
