No the stress was in high school, looks like going to law school was her own decision after she helped her friend's…
It was stated later in the episode that she skipped 2 grades, got overly stressed and failed her senior year twice. so she graduated HS at the normal age, but actually was held back 2 years. Those 2 years offset the 2 years in primary school she skipped

How did she get out of misrepresenting herself as an attorney when they confronted her friend's former employer?Based…
She dressed older than her age and he fell for it. I'm 99% sure that SK has laws about that, but she was a teenager that didn't give a shit and knew the law enough to help her friend out. She got away with it by literally scaring the owner into doing the right thing way before it ever got to court. He just assumed that they hired a hotshot young attorney to take the case, got scared and settled with her friends dad. No judge or anyone that would check her credentials came close to that "case"

Again, ignorant male here, and this is a legitimate question, not trying to be mean in the least. but isn't it pretty common to be 6-9 weeks in before you even know? I really only know from media and they usually don't even check in shows and movies until they are a week or 2 late, and my understanding is it's roughly 30sh days for cycles, so wouldn't that usually take you out of the medicinal window before you even know normally?

I don't think it was him. I think it was timing. It just so happens that the first pregnanxy/abortion ended the relationship, but I believe if they were still together she would be just as happy if he was the father as she is with her new partner

That's fair, but it seems she left town to "visit family" which makes it seem to me that she was well past the pill option. Again, could be wrong, but I don't think you have to skip town to medicinally abort. I do think you have to skip town to hide an abortion surgery

Title Beyond the Bar Spoiler
From the pro-choice camp. It's ultimately her choice but I think it's also something she should have talked to…
This is speaking as a man. IMO, she absolutely f'ed up by not even telling him about the pregnancy. As far as she knew, they were on the same page so why would it matter? And it doesn't matter how routine the surgery is, it's still surgery. Even if it's a .001% chance of something going wrong, your partner should know IMO. If my SO wanted to have an abortion, it's her call and I wouldn't stop her, but I would want to know it's happening at the very least.

That said, I can't blame her, or think she is selfish, for being pregnant now. Life happens and priorities change. She agreed to marry Yun and the relationship seemed happy overall, so it's not like she was just refusing to have a child with him. It's been years since they were together and it's easily beliveable that she changed her mind on the subject. The biological clock is real in both sexes, and even going through your 20s or even 30s not wanting a child doesn't mean you'll feel the same in your 40s as you start feeling your age more and more, It's actually a super common occurance IRL

If they didn't split, and the same amount of time has passed, I think she would be just as happy to be having a child with Yun as she is with her current partner. I don't think Yun was the problem, just the timing, which IMO is completely valid

And sorry Ivy for sending you the notification, I just replied to the latest comment, wasn't actually to you

Title Beyond the Bar Spoiler
Yo...Beyond the Bar is definitely dropping some bars, here. I have since dropped Law and the City and this is…
I think wholeheartedly being in agreement to not have a child, or at least not try for a child is pretty common, especially early in marriages. But I also think it's almost as common for one or both spouses to change their minds entirely, or be excited and open to the idea if it accidentally happens. Like, I don't think Yun was actually conciously wanting a kid, but once he saw the pregnancy test he got excited and happy with having one, only to find out that she already had an abortion and wasn't even going to tell him.

I personally know a couple people that didn't want kids, but once they or their SO got pregnant, almost immediatly changed their minds and were happy about the news, and I'm thinking that's how he was

That's LMSY for ya. I could go on. Love the pfp.
Affair was really good imo. It's up to you ofc, but I would wait until HS is over to watch it. The characters are completely different, but they share a lot of the same personality traits as HS (Like LM''s Ai and Wan, and SY's Mae and Pleng), and since both mains are the same it could cause confusion watching both at the same time

Are we gonna get to meet the deaf sister or is her existence just going to be used as a prop here?
I feel like we have to really. Especially since they showed that Hyo Min knows KSL, which granted doesn't necessarily mean they kept in touch, kind of hinted to me that the sisters still kept in touch and to me hinted that she will make at least one appearance

I'll be honest, I'm not a huge law drama person, they usually bore me. I only gave this a shot because of Jung Chae Yeon, but I'm completely hooked. It's like the epitome of law dramas, but the pacing and cases are actually interesting and enjoyable to watch

🍜 🍶 watching how antis continuously try to work the comments is entertaining drama in itself.
Maybe you should actually pay attention to comments before talking out of your ass? I enjoy the show, I even said that in the comment you replied to. All my other comments have been positive towards this show. Just because I'm criticizing the amount of PPL doesn't mean I hate the show, I just think it's a lot of PPL. But sure, if you want to think I'm an anti just because of that, go right ahead I guess.

There's antis and haters that just write comments to bash on the show, and there's valid criticism. You should learn the difference. All criticism isn't hate. Not everyone can just blindly act like a show is perfect just because their favs are the leads, which btw LingOrm is actually my favorite GL couple.

Trying to act like your superior and better than anyone that has something valid to say about the show just makes you look like an asshole

Person Lee Dong Wook
Dude, please, go back to actually reading the script before accepting a role. All these barely mid dramas are getting attention just because LDWs name is attached to them, and it's really doing nothing other than lowering his value imo.

He's way too good of an actor, and way too famous to let his name become synonymous with mediocrity.

Hey girl, this is a series with many holes and nonsense, its purpose is only to sell ads and profit, CH3 is just…
I'm fine with PPL, but they are going extreme with it in this show. Yes, PPL pays the bills, but that doesn't mean they need to have PPL in almost every scene. They even had Orm shoot an endorsement in the show just to add another PPL slot lol. There's PPL to pay the bills, then there's milking the mains fame just as a cash grab, and they are definitely over that line in this show

I love lingorm and am enjoying the series, but holy PPL lol. There were 3 PPL scenes back to back in ep 4. At least they made one of them "an endorsement" for Aila, but its getting to be a bit much. Ch3 only sees this couple as a cash cow, when they deserve the company actually investing some money into their shows

You do realize almost all BL and GL couples aren't actually together irl right? Even if LingOrm isn't a real couple,…
Exactly. It's more prevalant in Thai GL(/BL?) shows since they keep the same partner for the most part (could be wrong on BL, I don't watch those) since that's how the industry in Thailand decides to do it. But it's the exact same in Korean and Chinese shows. The ML and FL are super flirty and all over each other in promos and interviews leading up to and during their dramas run. Sane fans take it as it is, and enjoy the extra skinship and chemistry because it adds to the drama and makes the show feel more real. They might know each other before filming, but they aren't dating 9999 times out of 10000.

I've seen some evil parents in dramas, but holy shit is Thyme's mother next level. She is honestly the gold standard…
Honestly, "I'm dying of cancer so I need my son to become the complete asshole he was before he met you before I die" Like, why? There's the idealistic untenable way Thyme wants to run the business and your cutthroat fuck everyone but me style, sure, but there's also a happy medium that can be achieved, even if you are too evil to see it.

Also, you have a daughter that's already established in the business, and apparently good at it seeing as how you give her massive projects to work on her own. So why does your son, who just graduated HS, need to be the one to take over?!? It's like the writer completely forgot Tia existed and it's so f'ing annoying. You're a woman and doing just fine running the business, so it's not like it's a patriarchal or misogynistic reason imo
