1) agree 2) my assumption is he likes her because she is similar to him in being a good worker and headstrong, while also being his "anti" if that makes sense 3) I think she will be around more later, right now she probably isn't on screen a lot because her promise to be "invisible" to ML and I would have liked to see some of their "date," but I don't think either her or FLs brother are interested in each other, they both just wanted their favorite beer and that date was just a plot point to make OngJu jealous 4) ex deserves nothing imo, except fired maybe.
