I just realised Dai and Shun live basically a Romance Drama (especially CDrama ^^)description....
...something like
The Moon is closer to the Sun "Dai is a young and optimistic student with a positive attitude who cares a lot for the people around him. Shun is a handsome Artist who had many hardships in his life and struggles with his own negativity.
When forced to live together, can these two opposites balance each other out?"
also im just at the beginning of the series i thought when u mentioned age gap you were referring to bible and…
Oh yeah that one is gonna be scrutinized to hell and back. The casting is a choice for sure. But Mac (who is 16/17) is already a veteran with 10years in the industry. If there was something wrong it would be with his team and or family.
Also the characters are school boys anyway. Back in the day there was "Make it right" where they portraited sexually active school boys. What has changed now unless you can't distinct realty and fiction.

I mean I get it that especially younger actors need to be protected (same with idols) like having manageable working hours and don't be forced into doing things they are not comfortable with. But I feel like people are jumping to conclusions way too fast nowadays. If there was any misconduct sooner or later it will come to light. It is kinda scary how our society is able to find and spread information so fast these days.
At the end of the day it is a profession/job that people choose to do and who are we to say that it is not right.
Honestly all the talk about age difference and stuff and actors playing sex scenes is really tiresome.
I have the feeling it is especially worse in the BL fandom.
At the end of the day actors know what they signed up for. And I doubt that a company can force their actors into showing nudity against their will.
Also it is weird that the outrage is a quite recent pahnomenon.
Anybody remembers "The Reader" form 2008? Kate Winslet won an Oscar for it. Her Character has an affair with a much younger School Student. And Production had to wait for her co-star to turn 18 to film their sex scenes including frontal nudity.
But nowadays people are getting pressed about movies and TV shows for no reason what so ever.
As most of us are not in the industry we should take everything at face value. Those scenes were shot and there is no indication that anybody was uncomfortable.
but for me it was too dramatic not because of the casts but how the staff treated them. We didn't even got a scene…
fair. I felt they had enough content anyways. Also I am kinda over the coming out stories. So I didn't miss it😅
Production interference was always present and I understand they need to switch it up a bit. Personally I like the secret missions but maybe there were one too many. Probably because one of them was so consequential for all of them (the room switch) they needed something else to balance it out or soften the blow by showing there were multiple missions
I don't wanna say it's partially self inflicted but the fact that JS tossed H aside as soon as he heard his age might be a reason why this animosity came to existence. This was really sad
Kudos to the writers (Yes there are writers in reality TV) the Shun Dai arc was very effective for me personally.
In the beginning I was like "they are way too different in too many aspects this will never work" to " Well Shun draw the line which is not surprising and I'm kind of indifferent about them" to finally seeing their effort in being a better self for each other and I'm like "Japan you better legalise gay marriage faster so they get their big foster family"🤣
During an interview that Dai has with production while alone in his room in Episode 2, there’s a large bouquet…
love these reality TV "manipulation" theories🤭 however wasn't his birthday in the first batch of episodes? I remember them showing him with his girlfriends for a little get together for his birthday. Maybe those were just gifts from his bday
This is on WeTV and they have tendency to have the first episode free for all members and the second one for VIP members and the following week the second one becomes free and the third VIP and so on.
Also when the penultimate episode is released for VIP members they usually have the final episode available for "fast pass" so they can profit a little more from eager watchers ^^
I am calling bullshit....SM saying that he was hoping for Hwi to have interest in someone else when he purposely isolated him in the single room is bananas.
Sure maybe you just realised that you have more feelings for JS (Not just because he is your "ideal" type) but you were trying to keep him as a back up.
for too many episodes I was like "maybe they see something in him that I don't" but this is audacious.
please Hwi for your own sake move on. Some things aren't worth the heartache
baby YJ....you asking MK if he still has feelingsz/interest for you tells me you actually still wants him to...I am glad they put this whole thing to rest. However, I don't believe either one of them

O.o

Just sit back and enjoy🤗

Of course the dedication and satisfying ending of season 2 is admirable. However, that is quite rare.
The irony🤣🤣🤣🤣
"I got a shit ton of ugly ass pants here and you (Daou) gonna wear all of them"
because it sure looks like it🤣
