exactly the security!!! how did she get in without passing them. Either she passed them before they were knocked out or after which is why she would have seen them passed out and still decided to go in??? make it make sense for no one to have questioned her thoroughly

I mean as the detective I would have asked "How did you survive?" and go from there because anything she would say would be implausible.
like....fight him off (yeah sure)
....run away (she was still at the scene)
.... pretend to be unconscious (he supposedly had a knive, a little shabby stab stab just to be sure)
....he was gone before she arrived (what about your injuries)

She is the only witness...I would have questioned her forever

That plan of killing the witness and framing the ex cop is Hella stupid and has way too many holes

I know domestic violence is nothing to laugh about but that opportunistic approach is just laughable.

it's interesting that there are certain storylines that soak up so much of the airtime . I wonder what the editors and the director plan with it.

also no sane parent would just watch and sit and let their child be like "I have some things to deal with before going to the hospital"...I would have dragged her to the hospital the moment I knew about the diagnosis

seriously everyday she spends in her own bed instead of a hospital bed I want to slap her. There is a limit to care more about others than yourself. Also you could have done all of that via phone in the hospital
