My biggest issue with the whole fiance situation is that Mangkorn isn't even trying to do anything about it. He kept on saying "I have to solve this first" but is actually doing something? I think the preview was quite telling with his mother pointing out that he is just running away. Ma to the rescue
Call me crazy but I really enjoyed this week's episode
I don't know maybe because Peek didn't try to sabotage everyone and everything because he thought he was lacking. I think they handled the drama and all the characters really well. They gave us the right amount of background information to understand each and everyone and I think that was the biggest issue before.
I'm just so confused about Lom...so he wants Tatch to be the ambassador/moon of the faculty but he doesn't really want to lose to him. Something's lost in translation for sure
Peek seems like a mixture of Bew and Pan. I don't really mind him playing the game because that is what he thinks he needs to do to have any chance of winning. I also think it's interesting that he seems to be the first gay main character not because of some ship or circumstances in the industry. He is yearning for validation but isn't available to accept himself yet, which is why I think he pushes Kla away. Do I think what he did to Most was wrong.... absolutely. Do I think like most people he is a terrible person...not really. He is trying to adapt in a situation in which his true self would be celebrated but he doesn't allow himself to be just that. This would also explain why there is this kind of rivalry between him an Achi. Achi is most suitable for this competition and Peek feels like he can't do anything right.
I'm really torn....on the one hand I want Bew to play them all including Gus... but on the hand a tiny hopeless romantic part in me hopes for him and Gus to get out of their claws together...either way those managers should just destroy each other and I happily watch them burn.
