I am confused.. How is Prince Duan controlling everything as per episode 6/7? Isnt he the 2D character?
from what I'm understanding, ep 7-8 clarifies that he most likely is still a 2D character and that the main leads assumed wrong. (ex: how the assassination attempt went poorly, how Prince Duan had no clue about Bei Er being a martial artist, etc.)
Fully agree, she's 10 years old than me and she always stands out in the support roles I've seen her in.She must…
she is so stunning both then and now! She was mainly a theatre actress in her 20s so there isn't much media of her back then, but if your interested in seeing her works in her early 30s, i'd recommend watching any early 2000s jang jin films, hello ghost (trust me this film is amazing), hansel and gretel, or one of these two kbs special episodes (no english sub but she's the main character in them so worth the watch) 1, The Stars Are Shining (2006): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a1wYGafvdKw 2. Hot Tempered Misook (2007): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmQbx1rDYVk also pics of her in her 20s, she's so gorgeous: https://www.huffingtonpost.kr/news/articleView.html?idxno=113767 I hope she can land more main roles in good dramas because she really does have both the acting and the beauty.
i know that the mother of the girls probably went through a lot in her lifetime, but damn...she really sucks as…
I wouldn't go as far as saying she is a shitty human being. She definitely cares for both her daughters, except her methods of expressing concern for them are not always the best. A redeeming point about her in ep6 imo is when she asks the vice principal/her neighbour for help with miji. She is aware of her shortcomings as a mother hence asking for help, and she's very concerned about miji, i mean even her neighbour thinks she is overreacting. While she does have her rude remarks possibly out of jealousy, etc. it's clear she still cares for the neighbour as a friend such as her gesture of making jeon in the first ep for the neighbour's husband's death anniversary. Ofc she's far from perfect, frankly her comment about how people with issues carry them everywhere is reflective of herself, but she does have good to her. A really shitty mom/person in general would give up on their children/ignore them because why would you make the effort to wake them up in the morning, reprimand them, provide your opinion, etc. unless you're concerned enough for their wellbeing to give a shit.
given up on this drama atp. i can't even bother to check youku drama lineups anymore. 😠can't think of why they gave up on this drama. The only possible "scandal" i know of was when someone posed as a staff and said the ml was late to filming but i think ppl found out later that the person wasn't ever part of the drama crew. Don't think that would be enough to delay the drama this long...
not me fangirling over seung hyo’s parents… need their own drama
if you want to see more of them you should watch "find me in your memory." They are also a couple in that show and their dynamic is much lighter and funny + they're childhood sweethearts too
no one had a scandal, op is saying if a drama in the future has a scandal then this will be a substitute drama just like how Beauty of Resilience was a substitute for Story of Kunning Palace when some of their support cast got into a "scandal."
