GBMP is short for the Chinese drama 'Goodbye My Princess," and LCY is short for name of the ML, Li Cheng Yin. There are a lot of parallels between these two dramas. Except, GBMP is longer and has more character development. To me, GBMP is the best drama when it comes to 'Toxic Love' and 'Star Crossed Lovers'.
I'm a fan of Puff, and the last drama I watched her in was "Before We Get Married." I dropped "Falling Into You." But my question is, is this drama as dramatic and good as "Before We Get Married"? How's the chemistry? Because Puff's chemistry with Jasper is always 10/10.

Seems as though you're right, which is unfortunate because it seems as though most of my favorite actors always take YEARS for their next dramas to air. Meanwhile, other actors and their fans are lucky, since their projects air relatively fast, and they also have more than 1 drama airing a year.
I'm a huge Peng Xiao Ran fan, which is how I came to find this drama, since the FL plays her maid in Jun Jiu Ling. And after Goodbye My Princess, she's only had two dramas that have aired. So at this point, I can only pray for the ML's career!

Yes, it's really good. And the leads have a lot of chemistry together too. Pong is soo good in his role! I easily watched the last 4 episodes in one sitting.
I'm sorry, but I feel bad for Claire. She is being used left and right, and she's been nothing but a good person. She's not an evil and conniving person, and admitted her faults when it came to Kim.
On the other hand, I wish I could say the same about Lita. She has been so frustrating to watch, tbh she is one of the worst "friend" characters I have ever seen in a lakorn that tries to come off as 'good'. Kim can not choose her father or her family, but she can choose her friends. I would have kicked Lita straight to the curve as soon as I found out she conspired with my dad, and made me think my husband wanted to divorce me, as well as not telling me my dad switched the notes. Lita knew just how toxic Kim's father was from the beginning, she has no excuse. She has been selfish herself, and had 7 years to grow and become a better person. But no! What does she do? She basically tries to play mind games with Tanthai about Kim. God she's the worst! She goes on and on about honesty, but she is NEVER honest herself.
I can't stand her, I wish she would just stay and pray at the temple for 7 years, to wash off the sins she has committed to the person she supposedly considered her best friend. And now to top it off, she's going to get rewarded and get Tanthai at the end!
From what i hear and have seen: people are sad that preaw isn't the FL and the first episodes wasn't was many…
I agree, Gun 'fell for her' too fast. Already in episode 1, he was giving signs that he was falling for her, so I dropped. Pacing and editing is odd too.
