One of my favorite scenes was Hae-yi and Sun-jae on the {trope alert!] swing set - each disclosing secrets and…
Yes absolutely loved that scene! Like Geonhoo is cute and all, but I can't ship them together. To me, the other couple seems more appealing considering the flow of the plot. Let's wait and see how it all goes
Loved her in Taxi Driver! I'm not the kind of person who cries watching movies or dramas, but surprisingly every time she cried I cried with her. Esp the scene where she identifies her sister's body and the scene goes silent for a few seconds and she's screaming. God- I was bawling my eyes out π₯Ί The editing, the acting, everything was on point! Love that I can watch her in s2, and will totally root for her future projects!!
I stopped watching at the 10 episodes and after seeing the spoilers from the last 2 I think ill drop it. I watched…
I wanted to drop at ep 10 too. But since there were only 2 more eps left I stuck with it. I think the open ending was such a cowardly move. Tbh them going their separate ways (bc they're clearly not compatible) would make the most sense. But ig they were scared that audience won't like the couple breaking up for good, and decided to go with wtv that ending was π₯΄
I got hooked after watching live up to your name. Ignored that it was exam time and went fully into binge mode. I still dk how I passed my exams. So excited for Island s2!!!
I've been team sunjae since the day he decided to go back to his hyung and introduce him to haeyi. They're this couple that has actual communication unlike many dramas. Like haeyi opening up to sunjae that chiyeol is tutoring her, him telling her about sua snooping around. In any other highschool drama these are stuff the leads would skip telling each other because it's "trivial" or "she doesn't need to know, I can protect her" or some other dumb reason. The way haeyi was concerned and didn't think of pushing checking up on him to the next day. Him sharing the paper his mom gave with her. There's just sm they do for each other. Idk how haeyi feels, whether sunjae is just her best friend and nothing more. But I really do hope she does somehow save him from his annoying mother. Poor kid! I feel so bad for him
it's funny how I jumped from ep 37 to 43 and everything still made sense. You don't even have to watch every eps. That's the fun of weekend dramas ig lol
Loved the initial eps. I've always preferred jtbc's editing over the more dramatic editing mnet goes for. love that these talented groups that never got the attention they deserve is getting a second chance. it's unfortunate that only one group will win, but hope the show garners enough attention so that the groups that don't win also benefit from the show and aren't forgotten
idk if we're watching the same drama if you think ml has no feelings towards the fl...
idk if it's a matter of perspective, bc different people interpret things differently. but to me as a viewer I've always felt that eunbeom was uncomfortable about their relationship. despite having introduced them to each other i always felt like deep within he always wished they wouldn't work out. like the way he asks hara "are you guys seeing each other well?" (idk how to translate it better sorry) in the initial episode, through the tone and eyes it shows how he's wishing her answer would be negative. to me he always looked like someone trying hard to pretend that it doesn't affect him. but then again, i could be reading too much into it as well. we'll just have to be patient to see how it all turns out
not just SML but also the FL do that to, but this also showing how dependaple is the ML
he has a history too. he didn't just become friends with him to date his ex-wife, they've been hyung-dongsaeng for sometime too. but despite that, since they're dating now i agree that he should've kept some distance with eunbeom. that's where jaegyeom's immaturity can be seen. he sees no issue in going to hyung to vent about his relationship when hyung has a history with his woman. i don't think the guilt trip was intended, rather he has a more selfish mindset where he's only thinking of himself and not being considerate of the other party involved.
