I'd disagree with you there. While she does have that childlike quality within her, it in no way takes away from her maturity. This is a working woman with years under her belt, just because she is tryna fit in with teens in this world don't let it fool you. Like KDW mentioned in an interview, she's perfect to play the ambiguous age where she can pass off as a teen and yet seem mature. While with her mom and dad she acts like a teen, whenever its her and Haejun, I always see her as an adult because he always treats her like an equal and not like he treat other kids.

Yeondoo's final scene was exactly what koreans describe as cider! It felt so relieving seeing someone finally stand up to that horrible family members. For so long I've suppressed my frustration and held it in thinking "this is a makjang , that's how people act, I've to accept it." But seeing a character actually retort, that too strongly like this. I'm just so damn happy!!! YES! Taekyung and Yeondoo are truly made for eachother, she'll surely teach him to stand up for himself!

I'm too impatient to wait that I end up watching it live 😅 tbh the ep was going kinda slow until YD's explosion at the end. the wait is totally worth it, you won't be disappointed

that's what I'm worried about. Although it looks like he'll confess, I think that's just them playing with our feelings. Like last ep YD's question "do you like me?" was a huge cliffhanger that gave us hope. I don't wanna bring up my hopes about today's ending because there's high chance he's being all "let's end this for good (because I'm starting to like you and you clearly think of me as a friend)"

that's too soon. esp considering he had been against marriage for years, i don't see him immediately proposing the moment he realise he has feelings for her. he'd wanna date her first and see how things go. but he'd also think as YD is currently focusing on her pregnancy she is not interested in a relationship atm, and try to suppress his feelings thinking he is the issue

that's true. maybe i'm able to rationalise only because i'm removing myself from the context and viewing as an outsider. on second thoughts, if my mom did anything remotely similar to youngsoon, i feel that i'd absolutely detest her

I'm seeing a lot of ppl mad at the mom. Idk if it's because I'm asian and it's a cultural difference... the things the mom's doing altho infuriating, I can rationalise it. Her behaviour surely ain't ideal, but that's just how moms are at times. There's no ill intention but they end up doing the worst things for us, but at the end of the day that's our mom so we forgive them.

that's just reality. most mothers would never immediately agree their child to marry someone with such a condition. they just want their children to have comfortable lives as they know the difficulties that would come with it. I'm sure mijoo's mother will come around. but it's only natural for her to react the way she did and try to persuade mijoo against it. otherwise the drama would be too unrealistic

when they hugged I cried 😭 maybe because I've been craving one for days too. I love how they're connecting emotionally. it's not some love-at-first-sight crap, it's about people creating a positive connection by being there for each other. ik that the actors hinted romance, but tbh I wouldn't even complain if they don't take it too far. I love the current pace and honestly believe this is how people should form relationships
