Oh yes, I've watched that drama, remember he was a rookie back then. Not a role that blew my mind or anything, but he was cute. Looking forward to seeing playful Hyoseop back on screen

Just watched the original, don't think I've seen Ahn Hyoseop play a playful character like Li Zi Wei played by Greg Hsu. Am looking forward to see how he'll bring the character to life. Know that Jeon Yeobeen will do well in portraying polar opposite characters. I'm seated for this one!

got curious bc korean remake is coming and decided to watch. absolutely love how the actors embodied their characters, esp how the main leads had to differentiate both characters from each other and how impressively they managed to do that. initial eps were a little slow, but i'm glad i sticked to the end. the plot was quite intriguing and engaging, and loved the ending ❤

idk if it's a cultural thing, bc i've never said i'll marry someone when i was a kid (i'll admit to having imagined it tho lol). but i've seen something similar in the good bad mother where yejin says "i'll marry kangho when i grow up" so maybe it's common there for little kids to say "i'll marry you" to their crushes and adults may brush it off as a silly joke by a kid? atleast that's what i've assumed

but those weren't romantic scenes, it's just some kid sputtering nonsense and him taking her unseriously. there's no romance there, just a special memory of a kid who helped him smile when he was having a tough time

it's not a suicide. they mistook it to be a suicide bc she left a note, but that's just her habit to write ppl letters and wasn't a goodbye note. it's most likely that she somehow came across the actual killer and he killed her and disguised it as suicide to protect his secret. same for ML. Both murders were done to protect his identity from being exposed.

Just rewatched this once again and god i love it sm more! Love every character and story arcs, the only annoying trope here is Gong Myung's, otherwise everything was just sooo perfect. Ahn Jae Hong is so damn funny and I laughed sm throughout. I rarely cry watching movies or dramas, but some scenes really tugged my heartstrings and i couldn't not cry. This is honestly a masterpiece ❤

I can't believe you're dropping a drama bc of how a person looks... this drama is clearly not for you. I won't even ask you to give it a chance, it's okay. No matter how good the drama is, it just isn't for you.

i hate it when they do that! why can't two adults meet and fall in love? why must there be some unknown destiny from the past that led to it? drama writers pls stop! ><

The pacing is much faster than the webtoon (inevitably bc there are only 16 eps) but I like it. Tbh while I was excited bc of the cast, the webtoon plot didn't excite me too much for the drama to air. I thought it'd be just another drama to pass time and nothing more. But I really like the way the cast is bringing life to these characters I earlier witnessed in 2d. The cinematography is too good, and I'm excited for the coming eps. BAN JIEUM GO GET YOUR MAN! FIGHTINGGG!!! 💪💪💪💕
