There are 7 and a half hours left before the next episode and I haven't watched last weeks episode because I wanted to save it to watch back to back with this weeks episode. However, it is 3 AM and now I'm like, maybe I should watch it now. I made it the whole week but got defeated by the last 7 hours lmao.
Heh people complained and got the oral scene removed from the original trailer and now we got them having full blown sex in the office after hours. Also dang Cher, why you gotta stir up trouble lol?
I understand why you'd might think that way but assigning weakness as a trait of women is gender stereotyping…
The way you phrased your comment definitely comes off to me as saying that Thi is taking the place of a woman in the relationship because Thi's character is weak and thus falls into a gender role which you find cringeworthy. If you reread your comment and think about it, you can see why that's how I read it. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by your comment. I'm a lesbian and I am aware of how gender stereotyping affects same sex relationships, so I would love to hear how this is from your perspective. Why do you feel that Noey and Thi are being forced into gender roles? Please elaborate if you will. (Also your comment on how women might pretend to be weak for men's egos is a can of worms that I'm not bothering to open.)
Itās ok to have critiques on shows we watch. Itās actually important to have healthy conversations about it but I wish this comment section would be a little less hostile. Itās really important to support GAP but that doesnāt mean people canāt have issues with it. Itās not perfect and without flaw, but we can discuss these things without attacking each other, right?
Pressuring someone to have sex, and then telling them to get drunk so as to achieve it, is appallingly bad advice,…
Hm, I didnāt see it as Martha pressuring them to have sex, just encouraging them to. Both Sam and Mon wanted to have sex but kept being weird about it and Martha noticed it and tried to āhelpā, albeit in a bad way, but itās not like she was pressuring them to have sex and they didnāt want to. Also, that whole alcohol scene was due to it being a product placement required by the alcohol company as a sponsor, so IDOLFACTORY had to include it someway or another. They didnāt pick a good way though lol.
I can't help but compare this to "You're My Sky"...they both have similar ecstatic...campus life, college sports,…
They used temporary dye (the ones that you put on as a spray or as a wax and wash out when you shower once) on Santa's hair because it was bleached for My Only 12% lol.
