Duan Wu, Yan zijing and Zhang jingran are the trio I didn't know I needed plus except for Zhang jingran annoying self righteous at the start of the series..he has to be one of the most unproblematic second male leads I've seen....like dude is in his own world solving cases I don't understand probably but he's in his world🤭

it's actually sad how all she needs is a sense of belonging and us yearning to feel secure but her obsession with wanting to revenge is hindering her from actually seeing what she needs...to me I pity her character but she is beyond redemption...unless she wakes up.

This drama isn't some kind of block buster action thriller...it's an intentionally slow laid back pyschological mystery...Ive watched many western films and series like this...just because it's slow doesn't mean it's boring because even with its slow pace..there are times I found it eventful...so maybe it's just not every ones cup of tea.

I want to give Duan Wu/ Su mu zhe a hug..like how many close loved one's does she have to lose before she can finally settle down ans have the peaceful life she seeks....🥺

I feel bad for him but he bought it onto himself..he wants the pain of having her hate him...back then she was willing to listen to an explanation however angry she was..but he chose to keep quiet..I know he has his reasons though
