If you like realistic superheroes
I watched this series between 4 January and 7 January 2026. You can understand this show in one simple line: when money meets superpower. Since childhood, we hear that money is everything and money is power. This series takes that idea literally. The main character has a superpower where the more money he has, the stronger his power becomes. If his money decreases, his power also weakens. That is the core concept.
You will find romance, action, drama, and comedy in this series. The concept feels fresh and different, which makes you curious to keep watching. The Netflix budget is visible. The CGI and visual effects look solid and not cringey.
If you like realistic superheroes who also worry about rent and bills, then this is a must watch. The story can feel a little predictable at times, but Lee Jun-ho’s acting and the unique idea make it worth your time. I give it 7 out of 10. You should give it one chance.

I genuinely enjoyed every bit of it
I’d been seeing clips from Gaus Electronics on Instagram for quite some time — especially that famous bus scene, which honestly made me curious enough to finally watch it. I don’t remember the exact dates, but I’m pretty sure it was somewhere between June 10 and July 2025 when I binged the whole thing. Don’t even ask how I forgot to write a review until now ?.Anyway, coming to the story — I’d say there are two main leads, both in terms of hero and heroine. As the title suggests, the show revolves around the employees of a company called Gaus Electronics and their everyday lives. It’s a perfect blend of romantic comedy, office romance, and slice-of-life drama.
The chemistry between Lee Sang-sik and Cha Na-rae is the heart of the series — how they go from annoying co-workers to falling in love is both hilarious and sweet to watch. Alongside that, there’s another interesting subplot about the heir of a powerful conglomerate who joins Gaus Electronics and ends up falling for someone he least expected — a so-called “gold digger.”
Each of the 12 episodes runs for about an hour, and I genuinely enjoyed every bit of it. Sure, not everything makes perfect logical sense, but if you just go with the flow, it’s a really fun and wholesome watch. The romance feels natural, the comedy actually lands, and the characters are surprisingly relatable.
I could totally rewatch this again someday. It’s lighthearted, entertaining, and a perfect pick if you’re into romantic office comedies with quirky characters.
For me, it’s a solid 8 out of 10, and I’d definitely recommend giving it a try — chances are, you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.

Watch it at your own risk
I watched this amazing movie on 1 March 2026. The problem is that if I say even a little more, it may become a spoiler. So just go and watch the movie. At the beginning, it feels like a normal cute high school romance. But as the concept of amnesia (memory loss) becomes deeper, the story turns very heartbreaking and tragic. It becomes a real emotional rollercoaster. The movie shows the importance of small moments in life, friendship, and memories.
By the time the movie reaches the end, it becomes very emotional. I was almost about to cry, so you can understand. Watch it at your own risk. But if you can handle it and finish the movie, you will keep a beautiful story in your memories.
I should also say that the movie is not completely logical. There are some flaws, but when the story reaches its peak, you will ignore them. For me, this movie is 8 out of 10.

It is better to binge-watch this series in one go
This is a Mystery-Thriller and Crime-Psychological Drama that I watched between 23–24 February 2026.Story: The story starts with a dead body being found (most crime-mystery stories usually start like this). I do not want to say much because it will become a spoiler. Just watch and listen carefully, especially try to remember the names. By the time you reach the end, the show does not directly explain who the murderer is or whose murder actually happened. You understand it only if you pay close attention while watching, so be careful.
Acting: Shin Hye-sun has done an amazing job with her performance.
My opinion: The pacing may feel a little slow. In the middle episodes the story stretches a bit, and the ending may feel confusing or over-complicated for some viewers. It is better to binge-watch this series in one go. Otherwise the confusion will increase. I give it 7 out of 10.

The origin of the Genie is explained in the beginning.
I watched this rom com series between 18 and 21 February 2026. All of us know the famous Arabian Nights story of Aladdin from childhood, either through books, movies, or animation. This series feels inspired by that core idea, but it creates a completely different romantic story. The origin of the Genie is explained in the beginning. You see how he came into existence, why there are only three wishes, and how he got trapped inside the lamp. It is not very similar to Aladdin, but it will remind you of it.
The first one or two episodes feel slow and slightly confusing. The plot takes some time to settle.
My personal opinion: The finale has mixed reactions. Some people call it a sweet reunion, while others think it feels messy and rushed. Even though the ending is happy, I personally felt it was a bit weak in writing. It could have been done better. I was planning to give it 6, but because the concept is creative, I give it 7 out of 10.

The plot is dark and intense.
Trigger Season 1 2025I had heard this series name many times, so finally I watched it between 7 and 10 February 2026. Yes, it is a good series. The very first scene was enough to make me continue the whole show. You may have seen that scene on reels. A young man enters a college classroom, takes out a gun from his bag, and shoots the teacher and students.
This is an Action, Crime, Psychological Thriller series. It is based on a “what if” idea. What would happen if guns suddenly started getting delivered to every home in a country that was previously gun free?
Story: The plot is dark and intense. It is not just about action and gunfights. It shows how even an ordinary person can become violent when pushed into desperation.
Acting: Kim Nam-gil plays a calm police officer very well. Kim Young-kwang’s mysterious character feels unhinged and chilling.
My Opinion: If you liked tense shows like My Name or Squid Game, then this is a must watch. The pacing feels slow in some parts, but the social message is deep. I give it 8 out of 10.

This show is a strong mix of dark comedy, crime, and legal drama.
I watched this series between 9 January and 20 January 2026. I am not sure if it was confusion or déjà vu, but since 2019 I used to watch K-dramas on MX Player. From 2021 to 2024, I remember seeing this show many times at number one in trending. I had been hearing its hype since then, but I never watched it. Now that I finally did, I can say it is really good. This show is a strong mix of dark comedy, crime, and legal drama.
The main character, Vincenzo Cassano, is an Italian mafia lawyer and also an anti-hero. At the beginning, you may feel that this is a serious mafia story. But slowly, because of the tenants of Geumga Plaza, a lot of comedy and craziness comes into the story.
There is also a romantic angle. Overall, the series is good, so I give it 8 out of 10. If you like revenge stories with smart planning and a lot of style, then this is a must-watch on Netflix. The soundtrack and cinematography are very strong.

This Chinese romantic comedy mixes
I actually tried watching this ages ago on MX Player — sometime around 2022 — but I couldn’t even finish the first episode back then. Finally, I gave it another shot this year and ended up binge-watching both seasons! I finished Season 1 between August 24th and 31st, 2025, and jumped straight into Season 2, wrapping it up by September 22nd. And honestly? It was worth the wait. This Chinese romantic comedy mixes soft sci-fi and fantasy elements in such a fun way. Season 1 begins with an alien crash-landing on Earth and losing her annunciator while saving the male lead. From there, the story slowly builds — how the two fall in love, how the hero deals with his psychological condition, and how everything comes together right at the wedding altar. The setup reminded me a bit of the Korean drama Rich Man — both have leads struggling with memory issues caused by trauma. In this case, Fang Leng’s amnesia makes him forget people close to him whenever it rains — especially those he shares deep emotional connections with.
Season 2 takes things up a notch with a time-travel twist and a new anti-hero/villain, which adds a lot of fresh energy to the story. There’s plenty of comedy, romance, and emotional moments — honestly, it’s a rollercoaster. No spoilers, but let’s just say the chemistry between the leads and the mix of humor and heartfelt scenes make it a surprisingly addictive series.
Sure, it’s a bit long, but it never really feels boring. And that’s what I love about C-Dramas and K-Dramas — the writers have this creative freedom to explore the weirdest and most wonderful ideas. One day you’re watching a guy fall in love with a robot, the next day it’s a ghost, and here it’s an alien! That variety always keeps me hooked.
Overall, My Girlfriend Is an Alien is a unique and lighthearted series — definitely worth a one-time watch. I’d give it a solid 8 out of 10, and yeah, I’d recommend it if you want something cute, funny, and just a little bit out of this world.

"sad-love"
"Goblin" (2016), also known as "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God," is a South Korean television series that has garnered significant attention for its unique blend of fantasy, romance, and drama. The series stars Gong Yoo as Kim Shin, an immortal goblin, and Kim Go-eun as Ji Eun-tak, a high school student destined to be his bride. The narrative intricately weaves themes of love, fate, and redemption, presenting a "sad-love" story that oscillates between moments of humor and profound sadness. Episodes 1 through 15 offer a rollercoaster of emotions, balancing lighthearted interactions with deeper, melancholic undertones. The 16th episode culminates in a poignant and tragic climax, leading to an ending that, while not entirely joyful, provides a sense of closure and leaves viewers with lingering questions.
Gong Yoo's portrayal of Kim Shin has been widely acclaimed, adding to his repertoire of notable performances in works like "Train to Busan" and "Squid Game." The series has been praised for its compelling storytelling and character development. However, it has also faced criticism for certain aspects, such as perceived gender stereotyping and overt product placement.
In summary, "Goblin" offers a richly layered narrative that delves into the complexities of love and destiny, supported by strong performances from its cast. While it may leave some questions unanswered, its emotional depth and storytelling have resonated with a broad audience.
