I didn't particularly like i told sunset about you either ahah Anyway, it's not that light on me didn't wow me (and it didn't tbh), but overall it just... The beginning too sudden, like taekyung wakes up and suddenly wants to have friends. Follows around shinwoo only to make him not hate him. Falls in love with Da On, i understand, but somehow in the last episode he has an epiphany and realizes he doesn't like da on as much but likes shin woo? Doesn't sit right with me that only in the previous episode he was all hung up on Da On and wanted a relationship with him despite bad things other people were saying. And it's not that I wanted him to be with Da On, on the contrary, I wanted Shinwoo to be the endgame. Also how the student Council basically just did their homework in that room and had no other school related work/paperwork. Ah yeah, they cleaned the room too how could i forget xD

Unpopular opinion: this bl doesn't deserve such a high rating. Read the comments and reviews before watching and I had high expectations, but this drama was underwhelming at best if I was to describe it in short
Well, I'll just imagine that after a while cheoljong notices that soyong is not the one he fell in love with (sobong), and then magically comes to the present day. Then he meets bonghwan and they have adventures in today's world and they fall in love and happy ending :)

If they make him in love with soyong just because she saved him as a kid (and he shallowly is in love with hwa jin just for that reason), then they must be joking lmao

I mean, the king in the previous episodes got interested in sobong because of her weird antics, which are all bonghwan, soyong would have never acted that way. In today's episode for example, when sobong defended the king (fan, antifan scene) - it's cleary bonghwan's doing, so yong would have never been so unladylike even if she was to witness and hear the commoners speak ill of the king and didn't like it. So if the king falls in love and has the flashabacks to how the queen defends him, it would be absurd to think that the love is for soyong and not for sobong.
On the sobong side tho, i do agree that soyong's feelings help him (bonghwan) be more open to the king, since he also now knows cheoljong's background.

I'm interested in the Queen's story and what really happened to her, but I don't think she's similar to bong hwan
In byeong in's flashback where she wasn't in the palace yet, she was a typical happy and kind girl, no? That wanted to be loved by the king and she was infatuated with him, plus the maid told bong hwan she was a good person (not like the prickly person she pretended to be in the palace). Then in the flashbacks from the palace she's very distressed obviously, bc the king doesn't love her
And Bong Hwan coming from today's world is very different from her imho plus his motives and especially actions are totally something that the queen herself wouldn't even think to do because of her education (from her time).
