Not a genre but mystery is same thing which is a genre. And my most of the dramas are romantic because most of the available Kdramas with good score are romantic and I don't mind that if they're good. If you check your stats then even your top 1 genre is romance with 556 score.

I don't just watch romance if you look at my watchlist I look every kdrama which isn't historical and has 8+ rating. My most of the 10 rated drams are thriller but yeah most of the Kdramas are focused on romance so you can say that even though my favourite genre is suspense

Well I personally got tired of Western series because they just put everything in a series and make it a mess by the end while korean dramas used to keep it simple and to the point.

I didn't see anyone complaining about this drama being explicit or being 19+ rated because it is not even released yet and even the rating isn't updated yet but knowing the history of tvN I don't this it will have any such scenes even if it is 19+ rated but who knows yet.

KMovies always had explicit scenes but kdramas never had any and just for this reason so many people got tired or western series and started kdramas. And sex being a part of life doesn't mean everyone would find it normal to watch on screen, you can know about people by their major events in life not by watching them in bed.
