Boring??? Those people are crazy!!! It's equal parts romantic and hilarious! And a little bittersweet and so emotional! I defy anyone to watch it all the way through without tearing up at least once! And the dynamic of the main trio's relationship is addictive. I cannot imagine anyone who would dare call it boring!

You're most welcome :) You have to let me know how you like it whenever you get around to it! I am really curious to see if it fits what you are looking for! It's not a perfect match, but I think enough elements are the same to feel good about recommending it :)

Hi!! I saw your request for a recommendation for something like Fruits Basket and I wanted to recommend Atashinchi no Danshi to you. Fruits Basket is one of my all-time favorite animes, and I think of dramas I have seen Atashinchi comes closest to it! There is no transformation like in Fruits Basket, but there is a group of brothers ranging from the kindly ones to the jerks who all start to change because of the female lead. I think it has the first three requirements in your list, and it really was a lot of fun to watch!

My mama is coming into town this weekend so that we can get our eyeliner touched up, so I probably won't have any free time this weekend! But if she leaves early enough on Sunday maybe we can :)

No, I haven't! I got a little burned out on vampires, they are so prevalent here in the states, it seems like every other book or show is about the supernatural these days. It has some really great reviews, though so it has always been in the back of my mind to watch it!

Full House Take 2 was like a train wreck that I couldn't stop watching! The clothes, the hair, the horrible acting!! I liked My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, but I didn't think No Min Woo was a very good actor. FHT2 confirmed that!

Color of Woman was one of the biggest disappointments I've ever watched! The first 5 or 6 episodes were so cute, and you just liked the characters so much, even though they had no chemistry together. But then, somewhere around episode 8 or 9, it devolved into this mad circle of jealousy where no one trusted anyone, and everyone was constantly fighting over the dumbest stuff and backstabbing each other in the dumbest ways! It was all so irritating, and the end was so freaking frustrating, it made me stop watching dramas for four months, I was that ticked off!

That's great that you don't rewatch, it saves you a lot of time! I am the worst about rewatching, I've seen Missing You and Queen In Hyun's Man almost a dozen times now! Even with books, I can't help it, I have to keep revisiting my favorite worlds :p

Hey chickadee!! I tried to look at the pictures you sent me, but every time I try to open the kakao app, it crashes :( I think I am going to have to delete it and reinstall it on my phone to get it to work.

The first time I watched Rooftop Pronce, the ending ticked me off a little, but the second time
I watched it, I was happy with it! It's not a bad ending, it's just a little vague! It's definitely not sad though! I think you should watch of! Park Yoochun is absolutely delightful in it! And his three musketeers are hilarious! It has the second love interest from Haeundae Lovers in it, and he is so funny in Rooftop Prince!

If you want something light, you might try Nail Shop Paris! It was kind of ridiculous, and I didn't like it all that much, but the characters are pretty cute, and it definitely won't make you feel any deep feelings!!

I think cause it had hunter in the title, and the one still I had seen of it had someone covered in blood, so I had just assumed :p I am surprised that he hasn't done a vampire role! Or maybe I just think that because of how widely popular vampires are over here right now.

I always rewatch dramas! It has to be a horrible drama for me to never want to rewatch it. Like Full House Take 2 or Color Of Woman. Never will I subject myself to those again :p Do you not to like to rewatch because there is too many new things you want to watch, or do you just not like revisiting stories?

Haha, I have a friend who was the same, she watched the first episode and thought it was dumb. Then in the past two weeks, she has watched all 8 seasons! Hopefully it will come across your radar again someday :)

I totally agree, Asian bromance is the best bromance! I think it's handled in such a different way than other types. After Sungkyunkwan's Yong Ha and Geol Ah, I was hooked on it :p

I watched Vampire Diaries religiously for the first two seasons, and then caught my drama addiction in the middle of the third. I keep meaning to go back to it, but I keep hearing spoilers that makes me not want to :(

I will definitely have to check out Last Friends!

Missing You did have so many tears!! I think because I watched the last half live, breaking it up every week really helped to not make it seem so repetitious or too tearful. Though, I don't think I have ever cried more for a drama.

I put off City Hunter for so long! I don't know why I thought it was about vampires, but for the longest time I did! Then I found MDL and someone corrected me, and I started it and it was amazing! Made me wish I could go back to BBF and watch it with fresh Lee Min Ho eyes. Might have helped me enjoy it more :p

How far did you get in Supernatural? Season 1 is so hard to get into! The budget was so low, and the storyline was all over the place. By season 2, the relationship between the brothers is just amazing. But then, I am a giant fan of all things bromance :p

I completely agree, the nice thing about dramas is that they have a finite end that is easily within sight! Some American shows can have hundreds of episodes, and as much as I may love the characters, at some point it's just time to stop!

City Hunter is great! I don't think I've heard of Last Friends before. I think you ranked my two absolute favorites pretty low, Queen In Hyun's Man and Missing You. I'd love to know what you didn't like about them :)

I'm so jealous! I tried doing nothing but kdramas, but I got burnt out after my first year! Now that I have finally caught up with the Winchester brothers (totally a supernatural geek!), I am getting back into just kdramas again. Which drama has been an all time favorite?

Oh, and happy Fourth of July to you as well! I hope you had a good day :) I just saw your comment on my status the other day, I wish they would notify is when someone comments! The friend who started watching dramas totally did it all on her own!! She posted on Facebook "I can't believeit, am I really getting addicted to kdramas!?" Apparently she went to visit her aunt and their family is obsessed with kdramas and anime. She went out and bought a roku so she could finish Secret Garden! I already told her the dramafever secret, cause Netflix doesn't have a great selection for people just starting out. Or at least, I don't think so! If i were able to start all over again, I think i wish i could have started with Secret Garden and then moved on to King2Hearts and Queen In Hyun's Man and avoided Boys Over Flowers and Full House. At least in terms of fostering a deep addiction, i mean :p I have to keep reminding myself not to push Missing You onto her yet, cause that might be a little intense for a newbie!

My best friend bought me a ticket to go visit her for my birthday! She's actually my boyfriend's ex-fiance, but she is like a sister to me :) I'm so excited!

I was watching just a few minutes of Love ARound, a Tdrama, and it surprisingly didn't bug me at all! Considering picking it up once it finishes :) You'll have to definitely let me know what you finish the T version.

Haha, I am not responsible for any damage your tv/computer undergoes in frustration of that show :p I am only slightly kidding :p

I have started a jillion and two dramas, trying to find something that sticks, but so far I haven't been able to start anything for more than a few minutes. I have been rewatching a lot, Dream High, King2Hearts, Missing You :p I am covering for my younger brother at his job tomorrow, so I am saving this week's I Hear Your Voice for then!

7 works great for me Saturday. I am not sure if I still have the link though!

I was thinking you were a bit crazy for the comparisons til I got the end with "So the lion fell in love with the Zebra". Totally made me snort dr pepper up my nose. Silly Jun Pyo!
