I just watched this week's IHYV episodes and I bawled so much! This show just manages to get under your skin. They have such an intense history together, and their present is so intense together. OSKA (I know that is not his real name, but he will forever be OSKA to me) plays Lawyer Cha, the other interest, and I will be so freaking mad if she ends up with him!! Soo Ha is a senior in high school, so he is on the older end of the schoolyard spectrum.

I kind of fizzled out on Nine. It's not bad, it's just too long! And the writers made too much of a big deal of it being written by the same people who wrote Queen In Hyun's Man and how it was going to be even better than QIHM. The brilliance of QIHM, at least for me, is how prevalent the romance is. In Nine, there is way more focus on the family drama and bad guys. Though, I am enjoying the few easter eggs I have noticed the writers put in the show. Like in the first episode, the guy who played the bad guy in QIHM has Choi Hee Jin's ringtone.

I saw a lot of people complaining about the ending to Gu! It made me very nervous about starting it. It really stinks that you ended up not liking it very much, especially since that means two of Lee Seung Gi's dramas have been disappointing. He better do something more in line with King2Hearts next! I am glad that Suzy wasn't too annoying to you! It was really depressing to see how many people were being so mean about her.

My love of IHYV has me watching Missing You all over again! They are really similar dramas! I will probably start School 2013 for more of the guy who plays Soo Ha next :p Which historical are you watching?

I just saw that Dramafever has episode 7 up, and episode 8 should be up in the next hour or so! Viki has both episodes up, but I liked watching them on my big screen, so I usually wait for DF. I haven't been this excited about a drama in ages :p it's just so compelling! I know there is a big age gap, but I am so rooting for Soo Ha and Hye Sung!!

I was hoping you would do a Korean version! I never would have thought of it, but I like the idea of Daniel Choi has Leonard A LOT! It seems to really fit ;) I don't, however, like your choice for Penny. I think Park Min Young would make a better fit :)

Yes, I have seen Me Too, Flower, but I didn't like it all that much! It just wasn't my style of show, though Yoon Shi Yoon is gorgeous to look at :p

I completely agree! There was a time at the beginning, when I was applauding her for getting after her mom on some of her more evil things, and then she just descended into evilness herself! What an irritating character :p

Wang Ji Hye was such a delightful surprise in Protect The Boss! From the first encounter with her, you think you're going to get the typical annoying second female lead that is constantly screwing things up for the main couple, but what we got was someone vulnerable and genuinely funny in her attempts to be normal.

Yoo Seung Mi's inclusion on this list is a tad mind blowing, though. I can kind of see the point that it was the mother who started her on a more deceitful path, but she had fully embraced it by the end, so her turn around didn't impress me much. Anyone who could conspire to make Eun Sung's life more pitiful doesn't deserve any nice points in my book.

Korea should be exciting again! I'm jealous :) how long will you be gone this time? I am sure it will be tons of fun!! Since you are on episode 3, I don't want to spoil too much for you! Lets just say that Sun Woo is now having to deal with all of the consequences from everything he changed in the past! Every time he changed something he and his doctor friend are the only ones who remember the truth. But several people are finally starting to remember things, and it's making it so intriguing! I can't ever tell what anyone is going to do next! Such a good drama!!!

I als accidentally I started I Hear Your Voice, even though it hasn't finished airing. It is such a good show, the actors and the storyline are just perfect! I absolutely cannot wait until they air more episodes, the cliffhangers are brutal!! Have you seen School 2013? The lead guy is in I Hear Your Voice, and I am soooooooo in love!

The ever changing dollar amount in dramas has always bugged me! It's so hard to get a grasp on how much money the characters are talking about when the number of zeros keeps changing! Even worse, when they mention a won/yen amount and you go use a conversion calculator, only for them to write a US dollar amount the next time the same sum is mentioned, but it doesn't match what the conversion said earlier! Which one is right!? It makes my head hurt :p

Nope, Nana didnt have time to watch anything! It was insane how busy we all were the whole week. She doesn't have Internet in her apartment, so she would have had to come over to the house to watch it, but had too much going on while I was around to sit down for it. That's the problem of kdramas, the uninitiated tend to have to devote their whole attention to it!

I Hear Your Voice makes me very, very nervous! I am so mad at myself for starting it , because there is no way to check how the romance will end! A lot of people are saying the writers will never let her end up with the guy I want cause they are a couple years apart and he is in school. But that's how Ramyun Shop was! And in I Am Sam the romance was between teacher and student, so there is some precedence for that kind of ending. And who'd have ever thought I would be rooting for that kind of ending! I think that's just how good their connection is that I don't mind an adult/student relationship! It also helps that she isn't a teacher and that they have history. Gah, anyway, this is definitely a drama to watch as soon as its finished! The cliffhangers have all been brutal as heck! And so intense! I'm still watching Nail Shop Paris and just picked Nine back up now that Minoz is back.I am in the mood for something like City Hunter, but have had no luck finding something!

I will be really curious to see if your opinion changes by the end of Gu Family! It's one of those dramas that I can't decide if I love the lead actor enough to sit through such a long historical. It worked for Lee Min Ho and Faith, so I would hope I love LSG enough too! How is Suzy? I liked her in DH, bu I've heard mixed reviews.

Uh-oh!!! With only one more episode left, they don't have a lot of time to sort things out and give us a good ending! They should have started the whole Kay/Bunny/Alex triangle a lot sooner! It just ticks me off! Maybe I'll wait ti this week's episode to catch up and finish it!

Hi! Yes, I did watch last week's episode, and it was infuriating! We barely got two seconds of happy Kay and Bunny before they started slinging drama into the mix. Maybe it's cause I've never really liked Alex, but his interference is makin me so angry!! And bunny made me mad, too with her indecisiveness. I so totally agree, if its not Kay and Bunny at the end,
I'm going to be so ticked!! Did you watch Friday's episode? I haven't started it yet, I'm worried its just going to make me mad :p

I got zero drama watching in while I was home! So busy helping out around the house! I just got home this morning, and did a marathon of the four I Hear Your Voice episodes I hadn't seen yet. It was such a mistake to start this drama before it finished! I am absolutely dying for the next episode, it's torture. This drama is easily the best drama I've watched since missing You! In fact, if it stays on this trajectory, it will be my 3rd drama that deserves a 10!

I accidentally started the currently airing drama I Hear Your Voice. I can tell from episode 1 it's going to be amazing! Now I have to be tortured each week :p

I will let you know whenever we watch them what she thinks in the end! I am actually kind of glad she didn't start Lie To Me from the beginning, because though I loved that drama more than most people, I can see how that stretch in the middle where the two are separated would really downgrade the drama for most people!

Shawn gets a kick out of hot neighbor, and that I call him hot neighbor :p It helps that hot neighbor is engaged and madly in love with this ridiculously hot girl that he calls hot neighbor whenever she is down! Maybe we are weird :p

I'm sure you are counting down the days til Chris gets back! Shawn is back in SA while I'm down here with my mom and Nana, and I am sure he is relishing the aloneness in the apartment :p But after a few days of ramen noodles and grilled cheese, he will be whining for me :p That's so cool that you are that close with his family!! It sounds like a YA novel, you meeting and falling in love with your friends brother :p How exciting!!

I am so glad you reminded me about Lie to Me for Nana! I was thinking of leaving my Roku behind and just taking my laptop, but now I am totally bringing it! She wants to watch Lie To Me and then finish King2Hearts!

Shawn's birthday was nice, more uneventful than the rest of his birthdays! It stormed pretty bad, so we didn't go out and do anything. Hot neighbor made dinner and then some friends from work showed up with a cake and surprised him :) Now on to the paper! It's a 20 page monstrosity over diversity and exclusion in classrooms and how to ensure students from all different socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds are able to benefit from one lesson plan. Snorefest :p
