I have dramafever and Viki for series, I rarely ever watch whole series on youtube! Except for jdramas, since Viki and DF don't have hard any of those. But for short things like movies or drama specials, Youtube is the best, cause I can watch it on my phone or tablet. But now that I have a laptop, I guess I don't have to care about things like that any more. It's a hard habit to break :p

Are you having trouble with Dramafever today? They sent me an email asking to beta test their new app for the Roku before it's released, but neither the beta app or the old app are loading things properly :(

Haha, I am excited too! I was checking and it looks like Youtube has all three episodes with english subs up. Not saying we have to watch all three tonight, I just like it when youtube has stuff with subs :)

I really identified with her character, too! I think a lot of us drama watchers probably can identify with her on some level. I liked both men, it was really hard to see how much she fought letting them both in! But the toon artist spent so much time trying to understand her, whereas Enrique devoted himself to changing her. They were a winning combination, I think! I am glad you are keeping up with it :)

Level 7 had so much potential!! It really could have been as awesome as City Hunter, but it just failed so spectacularly :( Is the ending to Werewolf Boy sad? I love me some Song Joong Ki, but I have been warned about the ending so it makes me nervous!
I LOVED Flower Boy Next Door! There were a lot of uncomfortable moments and times when I was really sad for the characters, but I think overall it's a pretty happy show. At least, Enrique always made me happy :p He was such a goofball, it was adorable. I just rewatched it the other day! Let me know how you like it!! I just started School 2013. It's pretty good so far!

It's definitely different! I usually don't like so many side stories, and that's what makes up this entire show, is side stories from a multitude of characters. I am ready for the lead guys to start their bromance though. All of this secret past/hatred stuff has got to go!
I am glad I have more free time, too! Though, I should be spending it on school work not dramas and books :p
That is soooooooooo adorable!! I love that he is worried about your chocolate intake :p He has his priorities straight!

I never wanted to watch School 2013 cause I'm all about romance and there isn't any in this drama. But the lead guy is just so amazing to watch. He's just a good guy all around. So far he is having a bromance with the special needs kid, and its really heartwarming. I can't wait tip the other main guy shows up!
I am free whenever today or tomorrow! We close Fridays at the office so I'm home Fridays now that tax season is over :) Ma Boy does look like the fluff we have been looking for :)
Everything you've said about the manga makes me want to avoid it like the plague :p it sounds like it takes all of my least favorite aspects of the show and magnifies them times a billion :p
I am nervous about the permanent makeup, but oddly excited at the same time!

I think I found what will drag me out of my slump! At least temporarily anyway!! School 2013! It's pretty good so far. Also, I was thinking, have you seen Ma Boy? Maybe we could watch that with LD! It's only 3 episodes an its been on my list forever!
I think of all Kdramas I have watched, Full House Take 2 was the worst offender in terms of bad clothing choices! That anyone would hire someone with that horrible of a hair style as their stylist, serves them right for the awful clothes they had to wear.
i think those clothes helped to create who they were in the drama
I agree! For the most part, these outfits were extensions of who the characters were! Doesn't mean it's good fashion, or that us plebs should replicate it, but I can appreciate it on the characters :)

I would definitely say avoid FH Take 2 like the plague! The further away I get from having watched it, the angrier I am about it :p It had SO MUCH potential, and it squandered it horribly! Kind of like L7! L7 could have been the next City Hunter, but it screwed everything up royally!
I am glad to hear that the manga made that scene make a little more sense! I have never rewatched that part, and it was one of the first dramas I watched, so I can't remember too much about it, other than that I hated her for it so much! What did he do in the manga that made her feel like she had no other choice?
I am glad I am not the only one who had a hard time with CD! The lead girl is so pretty, and the main guy was the doctor in To The Beautiful You and I always thought he was hot :p But I just can't do it!!
To my knowledge, it's exactly like getting a regular tattoo! I've never had one, so I can't be sure. I am slightly terrified cause I know it's gonna hurt, but I know I will be happy with the after-effects :) I will let you know how it goes! The first 48 is supposed to be pretty awful, so I doubt I will get much of anything done. But I will share a picture the next time we get to the chat room afterwards ;)

Haha, I feel better, too, now that I know I'm not the only one who missed. LD must have been confused! I only had time to type on one wall, and yours was the most recent comment.
I actually did start CYHMH yesterday. Well, I pushed play and lasted all of the 3 seconds before I saw that it was the same girl as Full House Take 2. I need to have some distance between that drama and CYHMH, because I was filled with such hatred for her within those short seconds! Her face just makes me so angry, irrationally. I think I'll stay away from I do, I do for now!
Goong seriously broke my heart when they went on the talk show. I had finally fallen in love with Shin and she goes and does that on live television! I get that she was hurt and just wanted out, but man, I hated her right then! And Yul for constantly being the voice of stupidity with her.
Haha, I always figure I am in good company on this page. We all have to have hermit-like tendencies in order to marathon the way we do :p I started Creating Destiny yesterday and watched three episodes, but it feels like a daytime soap, I don't think I'll make it much farther!
This weekend should be good for me! Let me see what Shawn works so I can set it up while he is out of the house. Always easier that way :p I know next weekend won't be good, my mom will be in town, we are going to get permanent makeup! She has been wanting to get her eyeliner tattooed for the longest time, and I told her I would do it with her!
Great article! Poor people with iphones doesn't really bug me in kdramas, probably because here in the states, even people on welfare have brand new iphones! The logic of the common man seems to resonate towards who needs food when you can shell out 100 dollars a month for a phone that you can play Angry Birds on?
I have noticed a lot of Samsung in kdramas! I got stupidly excited when Gil Ro gave what's her name the same tablet as mine in Level 7. And Missing You totally had me wanting to buy Harry's tablet, even though it has really awful reviews! So in that aspect, I suppose product placement does work a little bit!
There is an American show, Chuck, that shamelessly plugs Subway and Toyota. Even though I know what they are doing, I can't help but walk away from most episodes and heading to a Subway for lunch :p

Sorry I missed you guys tonight! They just turned our power back on about fifteen minutes ago! It's been an unbearably hot couple of hours, let me tell you.
I have been seriously on the fence about Can You Hear My Heart! I am so glad that you liked it, I might have to start it soon :) Great Inheritance is another drama I have been curious about, since it has the girl from Rooftop Prince in it :p I do love me some fluff, too! I Do, I Do has gotten some ridiculously bad reviews, so I think I took it off my list. I'll have to look at it again if I am ever bored for something different :p
I am glad you got to Goong! Shin was such a jerk, and 99 times out of 100, I couldn't understand what she saw in him, or what he saw in the bitchy ballet dancer. Man, did I LOATHE her!!! I never really liked the cousin either, though! His character was just so whiny, even though I can't remember him ever actually whining! I just kept thinking how pathetic he was :p
Drama funks are scary! I am in the middle of one, and have been for a while now! I hope yours doesn't last long! This past weekend was fun, maybe a little too much socializing for me. I am such a hermit, 4 days of other people constantly around grated on me a bit. But overall, it was great :) I got a whole bunch of books signed, I met Tera Lynn Childs, Cinda Williams Chima, Sophie Jordan, Morgan Rhodes, Maureen Johnson, Shannon Messenger, Caragh O'Brien, and like 15 more I can't think of off the top of my head :p It was a big convention of YA authors! I run a book page with some friends and we are all obsessed with YA. It's a lot like the Kdramas I'm in love with :p

Don't think I'll make it tonight! Our power has been out for the past hour and they don't think it will be on any time soon! Something about a blown transformer! You guys should watch something though, and I will catch y'all later this week when I'm don't have to conserve battery power on my phone! Happy watching :)
