Yea, this drama was teetering between a 7 and an 8 for me, but that whole baby storyline knocked it firmly to 7. None of that made sense to me. I get that they wanted to show that he had grown up, but to me that is not being an adult. That is being a robot. How do you not care at all that your baby was born? And there was never a good enough reason for any of it.

I am so happy to read your comment! I was starting to feel like I was the only person who didn't fall head over heels in love with this drama. It was good, and had some cute/sweet parts, but you are so right, there were way too many unnecessary scenes! I rarely feel like a 16 episode drama should be shorter, but I did feel that way with this one.

That must be very different then! She is the complete opposite of that in King of Dramas, it's exciting to hear that she pulls it off so well!

He looks so much different in everything else that he has done than he did in Sungkyunkwan! That long hair helped to cover up his ears, which are so prominent when he has short hair!

Is she a villain in History of a Salaryman? I seem to remember someone posting an article that mentioned she was a bad guy in one drama, and I can't remember if it was that one!

I'd say the majority of my paperbacks are romance and fantasy with some mystery, horror, and sci-fi tossed in. The vast majority of my hardcovers, however, are YA, with heavy leanings in dystopia.

Missing You is phenomenal! It's in my top three, easily :) Just be prepared for lots of melodrama! King of Dramas is probably one of the best dramas I have watched in a really long time. The storyline is so intriguing and it really does keep you on the edge of your seat :)

That is such a weird name for a drama! My friend is watching Wild Chives right now as well, and she says it is amazing! Now that you have said it is good, I am really curious about starting it!! You'll have to keep me updated on your progress ;) 50 episodes is such a commitment!

Secret Love Affair is the Noona romance, right? With the guy from Sungkyunkwan Scandal? I hadn't decided about whether or not I want to watch it or not. After his role in Fashion King, I have been hesitant to start something with him in it :p

If you do start History of a Salaryman, let me know! I have been really up in the air about it, but it has the guy from Prime Minister and I and the girl from King of Dramas, so I have been toying with the idea of starting it. It's supposed to be really funny, in a dry sort of way.

I am struggling to finish Bride of the Century right now. It's not that it's bad, cause it isn't. But it's not particularly amazing, and I am having a hard time liking Lee Hong Ki. Which is kind of breaking my heart, since I loved him so much in You're Beautiful. But I just don't think he is lead actor material.

Awww, yay :) I am glad that you were able to finish it! And that you liked it so much!! I was really worried about recommending it because it's totally not a drama that I would normally fall in love with. But it was just too good not to fall in love :p

And that is hilarious about Kang Hyun Min being your favorite! I totally agree, I was completely taken by surprised with how much he ended up growing on me by the end! He was so irritating in the beginning, but I loved how much he matured :)

Queen In Hyun's Man is one of my all-time favorites! I love Kim Boong Do and Hee Jin together, they are ridiculously adorable :) I am glad you are enjoying it! It always breaks my heart a little whenever I see someone that doesn't like it :p

That's disappointing about Emergency Couple! My book club friend that also watches Kdramas has been on me about starting it or BotC, I think I might start with BotC first, then.

I am not currently watching any dramas, but I do plan on starting Emergency Couple tonight or tomorrow now that it is finishing up this week :) I have been having the hardest time getting over King of Dramas for some reason. Every time I try to start something, I just want to go back and watch it instead :p

A lot of the girls in my book club absolutely love Angelfall! I have a copy of the first book, but there was such a huge gap between book 1 and 2, I decided to hold off and see when 3 was slated to come out.

I totally agree about Kelley Armstrong! She is excellent at writing strong female characters. I love her YA and adult series. I have been really bummed though with the TV show adaptation of Bitten. Normally, I can understand how there might need to be changes in anything that goes from book to screen. But the changes they are making don't add anything to the story, it just detracts from it.

I have been wanting to read Fangirl for a while now! You'll have to let me know what you think when you get to the end :) No, The Rules is science fiction, but it's more alien/mad scientists. It's pretty funny! A little repetitive, but still pretty good so far :p

Haha, I cannot choose a favorite book! It's too hard a decision :p I will say that the Song of the Lioness series by Tamora Pierce is one of the biggest reasons I feel in love with reading! I'd say her and Kelley Armstrong vie for my favorite author the most :) What about you? Do you have a favorite?

I am glad you are still liking King of Dramas! It's about to start getting really good :) I am having a hard time starting anything after KoD! Nothing is holding my interest! My friend wants me to start Bride of the Century or Emergency Couple, and I might just do that! Even though I don't watch airing dramas, there is just nothing that I want to watch right now :p
