Title Dear Mom
Li An Qing and Chen Qi Le: - The oldest sister who went to America, got married and divorced, and has a son named…
I know this is a somewhat late reply, but do you think this is worth watching purely for the first two sister's stories? Whilst fast forwarding through the later two sisters stories? Just from your summary here the stories for the first two sisters sound interesting (whilst the later two sisters stories sound meh)

How is being straight forward manipulative? The ML has all his cards right in front of her... It's completely…
I am not trying to join a pile on against you. Or dispute the technicality of what you say. And I actually have not liked the ML much in 3 out of the first 4 episodes, so am not interested in defending his behavior. Just that I feel the word "manipulate" loses all meaning when you start to apply it to every social interaction. Even a cat's miaow or a dog's licking your face are forms of social manipulations. That is the only point I was trying to make, so I will leave it here. Be Well.

It is not that it is not that good...it depends on perspective of people. Some people have some serious issues…
I would say Episodes 1 and 3 are the ones where the ML's behaviour is most problematic. Episode 2 is behavior is tentatively ok, Episode 4 he is kinda sweet. Either way, the 2ML is a lot worse.

I get what you are saying, BUT if we go by your definition then pretty much every social interaction two or more humans have with each other would technically be manipulative including the debate between you and others in the comments about the word "manipulative". That would pretty much render the word meaningless.

Even the slight plotline she did get (with her uncle), the whiney baby got to finish it instead of her which was annoying.

It's trying to depict many issue in High School environment, from bully, unfair treatment of student based on…
When does the unfair treatment of the female lead start? I am two episodes in and so far the treatment the female lead gets is very much earned. She is dumb, bratty, whiny and lazy. I have not seen her actually have a positive attribute yet. I see the unfair treatment of the other students, but the female lead totally deserves her treatment.

For me, I have only seen the first two episodes but there is nothing really likeable about her. She is stupid, whiney, lazy & bratty. I really like the actress but the character so far is meh.

I like the lead actress but really dislike her character here. Her character is not sympathetic at all. She is dumb, whiney, & lazy and she is loud and proud about these attributes.

Check out Marry Me (2020). I personally liked it so so much more. It was very fluffy but had heart and character…
I think you are looking at the wrong Marry Me (2020). They are probably talking about https://kisskh.at/68809-marry-me which is another short fluffy/romanticJapanese drama. Personally I like it a bit more than Shanai Marriager Honey (I did not really like the male lead very much in SMH)

It was a great show but for some reason I felt like I loved the show so so much more in the beginning than towards…
The reason I started to dislike it later whilst really loving the early stuff is that the main character turned into a whiney baby and was sucking all the screentime away from the other characters. For example I would have loved for Do Ha Na to have had a storyarc half as good as the female cops but sadly she is relegated to pretty much a support character with no real story for most of it.

The Chemistry between Ga Mo Tak and Do Ha Na. They actually look like a Father-Daughter Tandem. :)
It would have been nice if we got more Do Ha Na full stop. But instead way to much screentime was spent on the whiney baby that was So Moon. FFS the female cop had a bigger storyline than Do Ha Na.

There is so much to love about this series, but sadly it has one big issue. It spends way too much screentime on the whiny baby who is the main character. I wish just a tenth of his screentime had been given to the two female mains to make them feel more like main characters instead of supporting cast. I feel the female cop had a bigger storyline than they did.

And where was the fifth spirit. Each counter was supposed to have a spirit partner but 1 was missing.

I hated "Love is Sweet" but not for any age gap. But because it was a stalker fantasy. The ML was one step above a guy who locks women up in basements.

After the first episode I wanted to dropp it, but I am glad I didn't :). It is a cute and funny light drama and…
I am in the midst of the first episode and everything is stiff and awkward. Script, dialogue, direction and even the acting. Considering Fair Xing is a great actress and Daddi Tang is not usually this bad, I am wondering if it is just a terrible director. But it definitely does not make me want to move to episode 2.

What a great drama. This is how in a relationship should actors act; sweet, realistic and wholesome at the same…
I am watching the first couple of episodes and everything is stiff & awkward, script, dialogue, directing and even including the acting, which is a bit strange because Fair Xing is a damn good actress, and Daddi Tang is usually better than this. Does the story and the acting become less stiff & awkward in later episodes?

What matchmakers and Stewart ?
This is a remake. In the original, the matchmakers drug the girls when they realize their mistake which causes the girls to get married to the wrong people.

Is this BL?? and Is it good??
I am only vaguely aware of what BL is so I can not really answer your question sorry. It is basically a story about three people who eventually transition into a thrupple though. As to whether it is good or not, the 7.5 rating above is about an appropriate rating, though maybe a rating of 7.4 might be more accurate.

Did you finish the show? Is so, how was it? I can’t decide whether to start it
Honestly, I would not bother. The leads are cute when they get more friendly with each other but the issue is that it gets extremely frustrating later with the evil best friend breaking them up then getting engaged to the ml. And then all the evil characters are forgiven at the end no matter how nasty they had been. The cute bits are vastly outweighed by the frustrating bits.
