Would anybody please explain the ending? I don't understand, keep wondering whether it is happy ending or not.

The one who was daydreaming about his wedding with HS was shifu, not HS lol. I can tell how much he was holding his own feeling. And when he kissed HS to help her drinking the medicine, I saw him kiss her twice, one after HS drank the medicine form his mouth then the second one after he looked at HS face. The second one was really a kiss. ^^

Do you think Su Ming and Prince Chang, the emperor's lil bro work together? Although Su Ming seems to hold grudge towards FJM, but he seems loyal to the emperor. The emperor seems cautious enough towards his surrounding, but if his lil bro who betray him, it's very posssible he dies while lowering his guard.

RFY seems to be made with more budget on settings and characters’ outfits, the story seems to be more complicated. I’m more into Jun Jiu Ling.

This definitely a very light drama to pass time I can see from the setting, too many comedy scenes although also has some seriousness as well.

But I like that FL isn’t annoying, she has her own standing and outstanding skills in making sweets.

If FJM dies and then the emperor dies, that means HS will be left alone at the end. Does that what really happen in the final scene from one of the teasers? I saw HS’s wearing her empress robe from behind then walking into the throne seat.

In my opinion, Li Changge really has a big heart for forgiving and accepting her uncle as a wise emperor. She love her country more compared to her desire for revenge and taking back her right for throne. While Jun Jiu Ling mostly got help from all men who fell in love with her in her critical moments, Li Changge mostly faced her difficulties alone and lost people she held dear. For me she is the true princess, not only in name.

So yes compared the two princessess, I vote for Li Changge Long Ballad as well.

The synopsis says Han Jing followed Bei Chen to death, does that mean synopsis already mention its ending? Really waiting for this drama to be aired. I hope it has a happy ending.

Oh dear, I’ve just finished up to ep 5, and I’ve never thought about the possibility of bad ending. This is war and revolution period, so that kind of ending is very possible. I think it would be better for me to wait for somebody reveals the ending as spoiler before deciding watching until the end.

Yes I agree. Her dad is rich, but she doesn’t have her own money. She got pride not to depend on her dad’s money. She even pawn her mom’s dowry.

I see. I’ve only watched up to ep 3, ML has already fallen in love with FL while she keeps dodging him while they are both already engaged. As the synopsis mentioned about divorce, I thought they got married already.

This drama is soo good. All casts are outstanding, they understand well their roles well when expressing each characters’ personalities. Storyline is very well written and going well towards the end. While she is no longer a princess, she knows well and accepts that her uncle is a better and wise emperor compared to her father. That’s why besides revenge she still protects her emperor uncle in shadow. (It’s so different with Jun Jiu Ling, her uncle is truly a villain) Li Changge really exceeds my expectation.

Are you watching the subbed one or the RAW one? I don’t see any updates for eng sub after ep 3, but the RAW updates every week.
