I just started watching this now (I tried to wait a bit so I could watch multiple episodes at once), and now I'm…
What kind of a mental age gap? I mean, Met hasn't actually had more experiences in life than Thun because it's not like he ever had a full-time job, had a family, etc. and he wasn't around older people as friends (he's around ghosts who also still act like they are in their teens) so even though he's technically "older" he still acts just the same age as when he died - if not younger, actually. At least that's how I see it...?

Does anyone else think that he shares a resemblance with Jingyu and Weizhou from Addicted/Heroin? Not always, but sometimes in videos. Either way he's really, really beautiful

I never liked Sam and Earth's relationship. There were basically no scenes in which it seemed healthy at all on Sam's part. That's not to say it was completely awful but really it looked like the end of a relationship which should've already ended a while ago, even though Earth still loved Sam.

When Sam was trying to make up for cheating... he barely did anything. He didn't really try at all. Stud did more to make up to Earth. AND Sam didn't even admit to cheating on his own; he was caught by Earth.

Their relationship just seemed so... pointless.

couldn't have said it better myself ????????????????????????... i'm glad I'm not the only one feeling this way…
????????????? back at you hahahah~

seriously though i'm glad i'm not the only one who feels that way about Se Ho. the actor's really doing a good job.

although i just reread my first post and i think i need to stop writing long comments where i try to analyse characters so late at night; the whole thing is a complete mess ;;;; i'm happy (and a little amazed) that you understood it! hahaha

Does anyone else like Se Ho? I mean he's obviously done a lot of really awful things but I find his character so interesting, and his actions even if dramatic really seem to make sense given his backstory and personality.

As far as I see it, the reason he hates Bok Soo so much is because he has everything that Se Ho wants and is everything that Se Ho wants to be. Bok Soo has a loving mum - even though he doesn't display any academic prowess, even though he isn't always trying to make her proud of him or happy, even though he isn't "perfect" like Se Ho's own mum expects of Se Ho. Bok Soo also doesn't really try to impress his peers but they all love him. And on top of that Bok Soo has the heart of the girl/woman that Se Ho likes. No one Se Ho loves has ever loved him back; more importantly considering Se Ho seems to find it quite hard to become attached to people, one of probably the first people Se Ho becomes attached to (Soo Jung) doesn't care for him. Doesn't really even consider him a friend. Basically everything Se Ho wants, Bok Soo has. And even Se Ho liked him. And I think the fact that Se Ho liked him at first actually made him even more jealous in the end.

Obviously Se Ho's actions are way off base from what would be considered normal and acceptable, but I think it's also very obvious that the character is probably depressed, lost and finds difficulty forming attachments AND letting go of attachments he has managed to form, even if they remain one-sided.

I suppose what I mean is not that he's a character I love to hate, rather a character I hate to love.

I keep reading comments saying they think he looks 30+ o_ehe has such a cute baby face; looks 18 to me, how are…
i looked through the comments and i think a lot of people were saying that around when he was in I'm Not a Robot and actually he did look a bit older there? hahah somehow he looked younger before the role, older in the role, and then he looks younger again now? either way he is handsome~

It's a relief now I see more people coming to the same terms as me at the beginning it was like childish play,…
I agree with you. I've liked Soo Jung since the beginning. I like Bok Soo too but I think a lot of people like his character SO MUCH that they've completely ignored that Soo Jung really wasn't ever in the wrong. It was just a bad situation.

I feel like Soo Jung was really, really vilified by so many viewers lmao She testified against Bok Soo because she heard Se Ho say "save me" and then when she got to the rooftop saw Se Ho slip from (/push his way out of) Bok Soo's grasp - which naturally looked like he was being pushed or let go of.

So many comments I've read are things like "why didn't she just ask Bok Soo?" or "she wrecked Bok Soo's life". But realistically... even if you think you know someone, if you heard the person who fell ask to be saved... no explanation and especially not 'he jumped, I didn't push him' would sound truthful even though it was the truth. And also especially considering Se Ho hadn't openly shown any signs of being depressed or even of being upset. And also, also (lmao) especially considering that Soo Jung's trust in Bok Soo at that moment was already kind of shattered because she thought he didn't actually like her at all and he was just pitying her, so she really thought that she didn't know what kind of a person he was at all, that everything she thought she knew was fake.

And the "she wrecked his life" comment is funny because she really, truly believed that Bok Soo pushed Se Ho BECAUSE she saw it (again even though it wasn't what was happening, that's exactly what it looked AND sounded like). So if she hadn't testified and Bok Soo got away with it while she thought that he truly did push Se Ho? That would make her worse! That would mean she thought Bok Soo tried to kill Se Ho and hid the fact. It would also mean that she would probably be ruining Se Ho's life IF he really had have been pushed - which again, she thought he had (and for legitimate reason).

////

it's kind of weird because she did see Se Ho being 'pushed', at least from what we're shown in all of the flashbacks, but then in the police investigation she said she just heard Se Ho say "Kang Bok Soo, save me". even then though that still means that the police are at fault... it truly is what she heard. how can she be blamed for saying what she heard being said?

*unpopular opinion time* the plot seemed a little ridiculous so i am not too sad too here this drama not happening,…
did you read a more extensive synopsis than the one here? because reading the one here i think it sounds fine, assuming that all three of the brothers don't love the main female lead hahah

I'm surprised Tumbling wasn't mentioned! One of my favourite shows in general; there's actually a lot of focus on the sport but it isn't really lacking in other areas either! It's so lovely and funny...

Would've been nice if he didn't do blackface. I know he apologized, but I find it unbearable to see his face!
...It's a bit weird to bring it up like that, though, considering it was almost a decade ago now and, like you said, he did apologise. I understand you may not like him because of it but I just don't get the point in saying it now, after 10 years...

Out of curiousity why don't you like Ji Sung? Because of his acting? I feel like he's an amazing actor
Honestly I wasn't super fond of his acting in Kill Me Heal Me; it really seemed like everyone was overacting in the drama. I'd definitely recommend Defendant (actually now that it's been mentioned, I have the sudden urge to watch it again hahah~). I will say straight away - as a fan of his acting - that I found some of his facial expressions a bit off during certain crying scenes? But I think he did well. And even if you don't think much of his acting, I think Defendant is still worth watching : )
