Yāall the grandpa is stressing me out. Like my heart pounds everytime he speaks
unfortunately I'm becoming more and more convinced he's evil. What if he's the masked guy who threw her in the well? He has the rainbow pocket clock (which might have fallen to the ground before her falling into the well), a scroll with her painting, and THE mask in his annex
I'm on ep 6 and Kyung Jun is so annoying omg. Why does he keep blaming everyone?? Because of him, everyone he's…
I kept thinking the same. Honestly if I was in their situation, I'd vote for him even if he was not mafia. He is killing innocent people left and right and throwing anyone under the bus during voting with no solid reason. Such a menace
I've been seeing them all over tiktokšš personally Iam glad he's an interesting character but he has been…
IKR. LITERALLY THEY ONLY LIKE HIM BC HE'S HOT. But his character is a freaking menace. He was an absolutely awful person both during the game and before. He killed more innocent people than most of mafia, and was an obnoxious selfish bully throughout. He 100% had it coming, and honestly good for Da beom. I love a good revenge arc
Another theory I have is....Now that we know that da beom is a mafia....we also know why we couldn't see the recording…
I actually think Jung won (the fl's best friend) is the host-- which might be why she has an individual poster!!! I was rewatching episode 1 and there are A LOT of clues that she's the host. Check out my latest comment here, it goes more in-depth on the reasons why
Am I the only one that thinks Jung won (the fl's best friend) is the host?-- which might be why she has an individual…
there's more instances that made me think she's the host, but these are some of the biggest ones. ig she might be mafia instead (there's also been a few instances implying this). but she would be the most believable option as a host
Am I the only one that thinks Jung won (the fl's best friend) is the host?-- which might be why she has an individual poster!!! I was rewatching episode 1 and there are A LOT of clues that she's the host.
1. In the bus we see her coding a game and if you pay close attention, we can see on the laptop screen she's coding the game players (she writes "this.props.children" when programming the players after "ClassInfoProvider"). Later we see a different bus left behind in the woods, and when their bus arrives at the hostel, the teacher gets a call saying the other classes' buses were not able to make it to the hostel. The teacher then leaves to find the other classes (yet, surprisingly, every single adult left--- even the receptionist-- not only the teacher; that's because she programmed only the children to play, and only her class).
2. MORE IMPORTANTLY Going back to the scene where they are still in the bus on the way to the hostel, after jung won programs the player, her screen changes and shows the game software and also says "Online Meet Up 2023. 09. 23" (which I'm guessing is the date they are arriving to the hostel). And right after they show the game software on her screen there's a fade into the path the bus is taking, with an ominous background sound, as if the bus is entering the game (idk how to explain, but if you watch this scene, you'll understand).
3. After they enter the building, everyone scans the QR code that supposedly directly downloads the youth center app (Iām guessing thatās how the game software was downloaded into all the phones. Yet the fl was the only one who didnāt scan it. Fast-forward a few scenes and Jung Won says āgive me your phone, Iāll do it for youā upon noticing she hasnāt scanned the QR code. Even though fl refuses, later we see the game app has been downloaded in her phone when sheās next to Jung won. My guess is that she scanned the QR code with flās phone when she was distracted.
4. Maybe this is reaching, but in the first minutes of the episode, when the fl is sleeping/hallucinating in the bus, she is hit with a fire extinguisher in the head by the ghost (and then wakes up). Later, we can spot a fire extinguisher in the room both the fl and jun won share. Also, her hallucination/dream starts with the fl in the room both of them share (and the ghost is in her best friend's bed, as is the phone saying "Night Has Come").
5. She is always gaslighting the fl, from the start. As soon as they get to the hostel, fl says āHey, have we been here before? Why do I have a feeling we did?ā, and she brushes it off saying āAll the Youth centers look the sameā. When fl discloses to her sheās been seeing a ghost etc, she always brushes it off and gaslights her into thinking itās all in her head; even though anyone in the context of the game would be paying more attention to what she says as they should be looking for the host/reason why that itās happening.
I'm trying to lower my expectations as I'm scared , with such a high budget spending on casting, that there will be no budget left for the actual drama production
