That rain scene on episode 17 was sooo good! I kept pausing it and re-watching 🥺
also, it is so addictive!!? I stayed up binge-watching this couple days ago. I told my sister about it and she tells me how she got no sleep last night because she was binge-watching lol
But if you dare to say that the FL is annoying you'll get a troop of fake accounts attacking you in here. LR fans…
I am so baffled. So you’re telling me you hate Lovely Runner but STILL continue to come on this page on a regular basis just to read comments and proclaim your dislike? That’s some dedication 😂 Life is short, spend energy on things you like.
Maybe an unpopular opinion but I find myself re-watching episode 14-16 more often than not. There is something about the adult-era 😌 The combo of enemies-to-lovers + star-crossed-lovers reuniting hits so hard. Episode 16 is such comfort. When can I move on?
I doubt if bws and khy will get nominated. At max they will get a nomination for best onscreen couple. Even A…
Ah thanks for this! Romantic comedies in general probably don’t do too well among the critics. Unfair when it’s done so well. Anyway, I hope this opens the doors for KHY & BWS. I really think KHY has so much potential! I hope she gets the chance to shine, I can see her doing great things ✨✨
Although I’ve watched kdramas for a very long time, I never really paid attention to award ceremonies, nominations and such. I am curious, what are some of the most prestigious / popular awards? And most importantly, what are the chances of KHY & BWS winning something significant? I want them to do well (and LR in general ofcourse).
The re-watchable value is unparalleled! 💛💙 LR never prolonged the pain. The lightheartedness of it all makes you keep going back. Back to Monday blues.
tbh I am still warming up to the drama, ep. 8 was the best episode yet. I will say that I am in love with the OST. Don't Forget About Me is sooo good!
On a personal level, I think there is a bit of a barrier when it comes to relatability. After school classes/academy-settings aren't really a thing in the education system I am familiar with. Interesting how it seems to consume a lot of people. I will continue to watch. There is a serious lack of things to watch these days.
I came home tipsy after a girls’ night and randomly started watching episode 15 while eating a shawarma at 3:30am… 😭 That’s how much I miss them 💛💙 How do I move on?
This should be the standard for rom-coms!! Tbh a lot of romance dramas (actually most of them) get overly cheesy and quite cringe when the leads get together. Then the skip button comes out (it is what it is)
Then there is Lovely Runner — a total gem and a rarity! LR is so damn good because I was eating up every scene Sol & Seon Jae were together 💛💙 I wanted their romance. It felt so natural. I didn’t feel like I was forced to watch their budding romance. Instead of skipping, I was skipping backwards to watch again lol And the comedy elements! It’s actually funny 🥺 Some scenes continue to be funny no matter how many times you’ve seen it. That almost never happens. Whereas in other dramas with comedic elements, I feel like I am forced to awkwardly laugh because it’s supposedly a “funny scene” but it’s not funny at all. I make the “😑” face and move on.
The eclipse was truly a perfect way to start the show! Also it's been raining in most places throughout this week…
It was!! It was so memorable. And yess it was pouring in Toronto on Tuesday. I got rained on while grabbing takeout with my friend before we watched Lovely Runner together. Again, memorable 🥺
How do you check your first comment on the page haha
I went on a mission when I was writing my review for this 😂 I knew some of my comments were quite insightful so I went through my past notifications and started clicking on people's replies to my posts lol Thanks @strawberrylotus🌼 for commenting on my post about the solar eclipse lol It also helps that before LR I had a grand total of 3 comments I've made on MDL. I was always a lurker. Never commented on anything. That is until Lovely Runner. I have to hold myself back now 😭
I was curious about my first comment on this page. I went back to check & I said, “Was episode 1 released today (April 8th) intentionally?”🌘 (...good to know I was watching from day 1 lol)
I was fascinated over the fact that it was released on the day there was solar eclipse!! Little did I know, Lovely Runner and the OST would consume me soon afterwards 💛💙
I'll miss running into my sister's room and asking, "Did you watch the new Lovely Runner episode?" And then immediately going, "Wasn't it sooo good?" before she even answers.
I honestly felt so supported watching this. I made so many people in my life watch this. I am also thankful to all of you on this page who made the last 2 months so much better 🥺

Good luck on your exams!! You got this ✨

Incredibly excited to see all her future projects.
