Talking about Lovely Runner everywhere and also recommending LR to every friend šŸ˜‚ I also streamed Eclipse's…
SAME. I've been recommending it to everyone. I added Eclipse songs to my ongoing OST playlist on Spotify. We are all doing the most.

I'm not going to lie... guilty of the same thing... luckily some days I wfh so I just block out my calendar 🤣
Lucky!! I work hybrid too but Tuesdays are my team day so I have to go in (tragic). On Mondays I try to stay home but lately I've been roped into attending these bi-weeklys in-person smh. An overshare but LR is literally making me block off my own calendar and book meetings that don't exist.

What’s the most outrageous thing you’ve done for Lovely Runner? I’ll go first.

I strategically book my desk on Mondays and Tuesdays at the corners of my office (away from prying eyes) so I can watch the LR episode in peace when it drops! I may have booked ā€˜private meetings’ and set my status to ā€˜busy’ while I was at it. I start work at 8:30am and I am ready for LR at 9:30am šŸ˜‚
Just a corporate girlie pulling overtime all week but all is well because LR keeps me sane. I am going to fall apart in less than week so there is that too.

PSA: Grandma Celestial will visit Seon Jae in his dreams and give him the chords to Sudden Shower.

Yep! I totally trust they will have a happy ending and he will get back his memories of all the lifetimes. I don’t…
same same! I know right? It is just a bit of angst. We've been through worse.

Why are we so quick to forget the time-travel element of the drama? Trust the process y’all. Time travel is so messy but episode 14 did a great job explaining everything. Essentially, it took her some time to realize she is the common denominator and cutting ties from day 1 was the only way to prevent their entanglement. I don’t see how it is repetitive. She made her decisions based on the information available to her at the time. I just want to give Sol a massive hug 🄺

ps — I am sure Seon Jae will recall everything and we will have our happy ending! *fingers crossed*

YES IM MOST EXCITED FOR THISSSSSSSS I LOVE THE ADULT ERA ROMANCE. i also came to the realisation that out of all…
HAHA SAME! Plus it is end-game!! Things are so up-in-the-air with high school / uni day romances. I always have a hard time believing something from high school works out at the end (in reality, it rarely does). So this is good. Ugh can't wait!

I for one can’t wait for Seon Jae to be down bad for Im Sol again. Isn’t this so exciting? The anticipation for the next episode is crazy. Give me the adult-era romance I’ve been dying for pls.

At this point, I am more worried about my own sanity when LR ends in less than 2 weeks 😭

I legitimately forget this is a time-travel drama. If Im Sol tells us she’s from Mars, I’ll believe her.
These two make everything seem so believable.

Re: the serial killer plotline complaints. There has to be some plot devices that keep the story moving. I rather have this than the ā€˜usual clichĆ© romance plot devices’, i.e., some overblown love triangle, dramatic breakups, misunderstandings, second female lead rivalry, mother-in-law conflicts, difference in socioeconomic status problems, etc. At least the serial killer plotline adds some thriller element to the story. It is also done very well. I am clearly anxious watching it.

As much as I wish Lovely Runner was all rainbows and sunshine, it is also a 16-episode drama. Haven’t we watched enough kdramas to know this? I am ready to sentence this serial killer/stalker to life imprisonment. I am so excited about the next 4 episodes but I don't want it to end at the same time 🄺

I never skip the animated intro at the beginning of each episode. I just smile, get comfy and eagerly wait. It feels like a dopamine hit.

also that cherry blossom scene was sooo cute. I didn't know what to do with myself. My mouth dropped and I had my hand over it. These two are so damn precious. I cannot with them šŸ„ŗšŸ’™šŸ’›

Not me spending an hour to watch only 17 mins.
Not me smiling and rewinding every 20-30 seconds 🄺

It is so incredibly hard to get rom-coms right! When it is done well, you notice it right away. This is why Lovely Runner is so loved! It is rare for it to be this good. The standard for rom-coms should be this.

Also, some negative nancys need to realize that you don't need action, loads of angst, drama, slice of life, tragedy, sadness, etc. for a drama to be considered 'worthy' of high ratings. We all have different tastes. You don't need to reprimand someone for liking something that speaks to them. No one's taste is 'superior' when loving a drama is such a subjective experience. So please get off your high horses. Yes, 9.1 rating is well-deserved. Personally, it is a 10/10 for me.
