The first episode didn't impress me that much, should I keep going?
Same here. I started watching because of the good reviews but I'm bored and fast forwarding all the time. I'll try to persist and see if it improves after ep 1
I just love a lot of things about this series.Starting with the styling- each character has a distinct style when…
Amen. I love your comment. Sherlock and Supernatural went over hill queer-bating us and, honestly, movies like CP:TWS or X-Men FC did too. Finally, we have gotten two men as the leads who are fully developed, who have successful/complicated lives of their own, but that also happened to feel a strong attraction for each other and try not to hide it. This is not the story of two gay men, it's the story of two men who happen to be gay and fall for each other while facing the mystery/dangers surrounding their lives.
It's not even completely aired yet, but I think it's one of my favorite dramas already. The storyline is so interesting,…
I love TWM and TWM:TNC even more, but this drama... I've fallen for it so hard. I love that the leads are grown up adults as opposed to college students. I love the plot and the mystery, honestly, the story-line keeps me on edge all the time. And MaxTul chemistry is burning as hot as ever. What a pleasure to watch!
Will there be a season 2? I dont mean the especial episodes, but an actual season? I ship them hard and I liked the story line. The only thing missing was a few more kissing and some emotionally intimacy after they became a couple.
Wrong! "Bad Romance" was broadcast in 2016, and "Together with Me" in 2017.
Bad romance was filmed first and that's why I consider it a spin off and side story. It doesn't make sense otherwise. Not just the personalities and backstory are completely different, but Yihwa had already met Cho at the end of TWM.
However TWM and TWM:TNC make a lot of sense and I can see a natural progression between the mean characters, who are now in a long term relationship. I know many people were pissed off because of their actions but I thought it was pretty realistic, a real life situation that many people that love each other struggle with.
I came here after watching TWM and TWM the next chapter because I fell in love with the leads. I thought their relationship was very realistic and very grown up, especially in TWM:TNC because they were shown having real problems that couples in long term relationship face and struggle with often. Bad romance has lower quality both in terms of story-line and production. It's like a spin off, or a side story in a AU. Honestly I rather watch TWM and TWM:TNC again than this. Still, Im glad they made this series since without it, we would not have gotten the other two.
I hope you enjoyed it! ?
