This is the kind of drama where you just let yourself go and not overthink things. If you want complicated soaps, this is far from that. It was super light and fluffy. Tbh I was just happy at the non-office setting of the show, but they really didn't go in-depth with the ML's profession and everyone else's profession. It was all about the relationships, their progress and the issues they encounter which are pretty relatable seeing as I'm in the same age range as the female characters.
I feel this could've ended with 20eps. The FL's narration at the end of every ep is my favorite thing.
Only thing I didn't like was what the FL was thinking using real names when writing her book??????????????????
To be honest, I was a bit iffy at the comments and reviews about this drama being fantastic and also I am so so…
The only thing I disliked about this was the FL's parents reaction to ML. There were only 2, btw. They're the act first, think later kind of people.. Granted, they were protective over their daughter but they always assume the worst before even meeting the person.
To be honest, I was a bit iffy at the comments and reviews about this drama being fantastic and also I am so so over high school dramas but I gave this one a go just to tick it off my watchlist. LO AND BEHOLD, THIS DRAMA HAS GOT TO BE MY FAVORITE HIGH SCHOOL DRAMA.
The cold ML with a bubbly FL trope was done 100% right in this show. We understand why ML is the way he is and it is heartbreaking, his arc throughout the whole drama was amazing and I was even falling for him when he starts to smile and joke around. The friendship was on another level in this one, the side couple's chemistry was natural too. Usually, when this type of drama shows the transition from high school to college to adulthood, it's sudden and falls flat because there was no intro, they just show the next scene, but WIFTY has narrations that help guide the viewer to fill in those time gaps while they transition from HS to C to A. Really, really love this show!
I'm starting this now but the beginning looks messy. FL is acting like a child when she doesn't get her way, I don't know if I want to continue if this is her personality for the whole drama.
Completed. This drama was great, and one that I would probably rewatch again soon. So many funny moments and sweet kisses between the leads, they had amazing chemistry btw. I know this trope has been overdone in the past but I miss it sometimes, it's good we got a newer drama with it.
I'm on episode 17 and the leads are amazing at portraying their body-swapped identities! Props to the ML because his gestures are hilarious. There is not one boring moment until this point for me, the pacing of their relationship is so organic. Like other romcoms, don't treat this too seriously and just bask in the sweet moments of the leads.
I loved this movie. Obviously, they can't fit the whole plot in less than two hours but it was a good watch. High quality animation, a heart-fluttering soundtrack, and the cast was great. Personally, they could've made it into duology or trilogy, but maybe they didn't have the budget for it.
This drama was such a fun ride. Li Xian shot to the top of my cdrama actors list, especially when I watched Meet Yourself after this drama, the total 360 of his character has stolen my heart ohMYLORD LI XIAN
Watched this wayy back in 2016 and fell in love with Yang Yang. Maybe it's just me but his acting style in romcoms are similar, I remember watching YAMG and even his posture was the same as in this show. I was not too crazy about the FL and their chemistry together
