I haven't read the whole novel either only bits and pieces like you. Just what i could find online in English, so i probably don't know any more than you unfortunately. Wish i could find the whole thing in English though. I'm actually dying to know what might happen in episode 11 so i can be prepared ahead of time and know if i need tissues to watch. But haven't been able to find anything about that might ask around to some other people who have read it and see what i can find out.

I can understand what you mean about using the same scenarios i have noticed that myself in a lot of different series. I just try to overlook some things if possible and get some enjoyment out of it, but sometimes it is hard to do so. As for this series i can admit there are things about it that could be better, but i just love Kao. I would watch anything he was in and probably never complain about it no matter how bad it is just because he is in it lol!!! Maybe i am weird.

I can appreciate that it started getting boring for you, you are entitled to your feelings and i can understand that. I also find things off sometimes or things that i don't like i guess i'm just not as vocal about it, i try not to let it bother me because it is just a show. But it is a free community you can write what you like and some people just choose to be more vocal and that is their right. I just hadn't seen any positive comments from you at all at least i can't recall any so i just assumed by all the negative comments that you didn't like it, that is my fault for assuming that. I'm sorry. I understand about Kao i like him as well he is actually the reason i started watching this series.

I am glad they did change Nubsib's character from the novel, i'm glad he's nicer on the series maybe because i just really like Kao and don't want to see him being mean lol!! I don't know but i do think him and up have good chemistry, and i am really dreading next week not just Aoey but also whoever else gets involved and wants to break them up. I mean they just got their parents approval and now they have to go through something else. And if they really break up after all they have been through to be together i will be so frustrated. But i'm sure that's where it's headed but i'm pretty sure also that they will have a happy ending somehow. I guess just have to wait and see.

I just look at it like this it is based off the novel and they are doing the best they can to not stray to far from the actual story of the novel. So it's not entirely their fault, as far as the editing i agree this episode could have been better. I also agree about Tum and Tiffy and Aoey. As far as the product placements it is a bit too much lol. But i still love this show as well.

I agree at first when Gene said he didn't have time to read Hin's novel i thought ok Gene has a deadline for his own novel so maybe he really doesn't have time. But then he somehow had free time and went to the beach so then i was like ok he could have read it and helped Hin out. And if i remember correctly Hin's book is about Gene and Sib he started writing it after he seen them interacting together earlier on in the series, so Gene might wish he had read it first lol. And yes i agree next week is going to be intense, i am going to dislike Aoey even more i believe, Sib and Gene face a crisis and may break up. i am not ready for it and may need tissues.

Not to be rude if you hate every single episode so much which you claim to do every week you come on here and complain about it. If it bothers you so much and you hate it why do you keep watching it? If i dislike a show i completely stop watching it problem solved. I don't keep watching it so it can aggravate me each week, that doesn't make sense. Do you watch it just so you can have something to come on here and complain about? Seriously i've seen so many of your comments and everyone are complaints, and i've never said anything before now but i am just really curious how bored someone has to be to watch something that they claim to dislike so much week after week. Is there seriously nothing better you can do with your time? Or do you secretly like it and just not want to admit it because i just find it hard to believe someone would sit through that many episodes an hour and something long of something they claim to dislike. People are allowed to feel and think whatever they want, but if it bothers you so bad and you dislike it so much why keep watching it? Why not stop and save yourself the aggravation. I just can't grasp that at all me i wouldn't sit through 5 minutes of something that bothers me or gets on my nerves like you claim this show does you. I just find it funny that you leave multiple comments a day on how much you dislike it but yet you still watch it, does that honestly make sense to you to keep watching something you don't like. Doesn't make a bit of sense to me but to each their own i guess.

As far as the balcony scene it wasn't placed in the wrong spot the subtitles were off a bit what it was supposed to say or mean was Gene asking Sib what would he have done if his father hadn't agreed. And it was 2 different occasions when they were going out in the sun that they applied sunscreen what's wrong with that? I personally put on lots of sunscreen numerous times when i'm going to be out in the sun because i burn very easily. And what are you talking about all the stalking? There was only one part that had stalking and that was at the end where that girl was filming them. So all of what stalking are you talking about?

If you are talking about at the diner when Gene was eating with Hin ans Sib showed up, that wasn't really stalking that was him being overprotective. Last week Gene was in that situation with Aoey and who knows what would have happened if Sib hadn't showed up then. After that Sib and Gene promised each other to always keep each other updated with where they are going and what they are doing, because Sib wants to try and make sure Gene doesn't end up in another situation like that. I mean because let's face it Aoey is crazy who lies about putting a pill in someone's drink and calls it a prank. So keeping his promise Gene sent Sib pictures at the diner to let him know where he was but Sib didn't know if he was with someone or alone so he went there basically just to make sure Gene was alright. Because he is worried and protective not stalking. Also when Gene was headed to the beach he didn't keep his promise and tried to sneak off without letting Sib know so of course Sib asked him where he was going. For all Sib knows Aoey could show up again at any moment and cause more trouble he is just trying to protect Gene and keep him safe not stalk him. And Sib never said don't go do anything without me so where did you get that from? He did ask Gene to wait and go to the beach with him 1) maybe because they are new boyfriends and he wanted to go and spend time and have fun with Gene and 2) maybe also because where he is so worried and protective he didn't want Gene going alone, thought he might not be safe. But either way him asking Gene to wait and go to the beach with him does not mean he doesn't want Gene going and doing anything without him. And even if Sib did feel that way again it's because he is worried and protective yes maybe overprotective and doesn't want Gene to be alone because if Sib isn't with him he can't protect him. But apparently him wanting to protect Gene makes him a stalker?

Oh i agree i wouldn't marry a cousin either, would never even consider it i am close to mine as well. But as far as siblings being married to other siblings i don't see a problem with that, but then again it could be because i have marriages like that in my own family. They were all married before i was ever born, it's been that way my whole life so it was just normal to me. But i understand it may not be the same everywhere because of different cultures.

I hope it's not the whole episode my heart won't be able to take it, they literally just got together had to deal with the issue with their parents and now another issue right away can't they get a break?

True!! This episode was so good, the parents accepted them, but their happiness won't last too long unfortunately next week they have to deal with another issue. More people not wanting them to be together and Aoey being despicable. I am so nervous i don't want them to break up they literally just got together as a couple and now this. I am quite sure they will have a happy ending, but i am curious how they are going to handle this next issue and get through it. It is ridiculous that just because Nubsib is an actor the bosses think they can control his personal life and tell him who to date, that is really messed up. Uggh!! I am so frustrated right now have to wait another week to see what happens and then maybe till the last episode to see them finally get through the issues and be able to be together. I can't stand to see anything bad happening to them they deserve to be happy. I kinda want to skip the next episode to avoid the sadness and frustration but i know i will give in and watch it anyways and then probably regret it. This is so stressful or maybe i am just to obsessed with this series lol!!!

Yes he is putting on a show apparently crying for the fans trying to get sympathy making the fans hate Gene because they think Aoey is in love with Sib (which he isn't). He is really despicable just when i thought i couldn't hate him anymore he is going to prove me wrong. I am dreading next week, and am also curious how Sib and Gene are going to get through this issue to be together.

Me as well, i am from western culture and i don't know that it is very common but it does happen as i said before i have relatives that are siblings and married other siblings, i grew up with it so for it me it is normal. But each culture is different.

I didn't know that about India thanks for sharing!! It's nice to learn things about other cultures. It is like that in lots of different countries and cultures being able to marry like that so i didn't understand why it would be a big deal on the show when it happens in real life as well.

Why does one brother marrying one sister mean the other brother can't marry the other sister? They aren't blood related. I actually have an aunt and uncle (brother and sister) who's spouses are also brother and sister. And my grandma divorced my grandpa and then married his brother, so my great uncle is also my grandpa by marriage. Maybe that's why i don't think it is weird i grew up with marriages like that in my family. Plus in the United States and in some other countries as well second cousins can legally get married even though they are blood related. So if cousins can get married then why couldn't someone marry their brother-in-law/sister-in-law?

Oh ok sorry i misunderstood. I have also seen in other BL like you said limping, not being able to walk but also have seen other's also where they are fine the next morning. Different show portray it differently, don't understand why it is portrayed though as if it is painful the next day. But still loving this show and Nubsib and Gene.

It's not that Gene couldn't walk, Nubsib is the one who just picked him up and carried him. Gene told Nubsib to put him down and even told him that he didn't like the way he was acting meaning he didn't like him carrying him. As far as the pain maybe they meant it was painful at the time they did it, sometimes the subtitles are off a bit. But then i don't know about Gene wearing the fever patch though.
