To me, its a happy ending. So so worth it š«¶š«¶
As for Episode 10, I actually like it. Itās not the kind of plot I usually go for. Iām more of a romance girl who loves enemies to lovers and all the push and pull tension. š But the CGI and editing really caught my attention, so I decided to give it a try.
So far, itās been a pretty enjoyable watch, especially since I didnāt have anything else to watch. Hopefully it keeps getting better than I expect.
It started off really strong, but the few episodes before Episode 10 felt a bit slow to me, and not much really happened. Thankfully, it started picking up again after that. I honestly donāt mind if the romance is minimal, as long as there are good fight scenes or interesting things to keep the story moving. I guess the slower episodes were there to build things up before pulling us back in, and it seems to be working. Btw, Tian Jiarui really has such a baby face š. Thank goodness Ju Jingyi looks so cute too, or my brain wouldāve struggled even more with the pairing. š I keep getting distracted because of him as Ji Lingā¦.heās just too much of a cutieeeee and I keep thinking that heās a just a babyšš¤

Thank youuu for replying! š«¶ Iāll watch it ASAP today. I always look for HE because I genuinely canāt handle myself staring at the ceiling for hours after finishing a drama š Thatās just how my brain works after getting emotionally drained.
It's emotionally heavy with somewhat happy ending (it depends on your own perspective but it's HE)
Thank you! I just get emotionally drained really easily whenever I'm too invested in a story and end up crying š. But as long as it has a HE, I don't mind all the tears I wasted. At least I'll finish it with a smile instead of emotional damage. šš¤
Should I watch it? How's the ending? Is it emotionally exhausting? Will it break my heart and make me cry ugly? ššš
I'm okay if it's sad with a HE, but not if it's sad with a SE š. I'll end up way too emotionally invested, too exhausted to even cry, and probably make myself sick. šbut the CGI looks so goodddd
what š š š ??? I was waiting to watch this once I saw their sneak peak of bts before, I can't watch anything with SE š I'm too sensitive š«
hii omg i know its been a few months, but just wondering where did you watch it yaa? thanks!
You probably have unsafe websites blocked on your device. That can happen because fansub sites usually arenāt considered secure since they donāt have official distribution rights. Hereās the same subberās playlist on dailymotion, https://www.dailymotion.com/playlist/x9q7sm
She has subbed quite a lot of shows on her website, although not all of them are available on dailymotion because she usually embeds videos from various streaming platforms on her own site. Itās a shame you canāt access it because she has so many great translations.
Itās a fansub, but there are going to have few ads in the website.. better use ad blocker app to watch it.. if youāre new to lakorn, you can try lakorngalaxy too, they provide links to fansub projects and their own subbed projects too
I LOVE ITTTT!!!!! WOWW! Surprisingly, both of the leads did a really good job! I mean, despite coming from different countries, both of them portrayed the characters so beautifully. It's very heartwarming. I love it! I wish the episodes were much longer. š Both are good looking, I mean, all of them! The acting is great, even the OST is perfect, and the quality is also great. If only it were longer and developed more, then we could see how they are going to live together, but the ending is already perfect to end it that way
Surprisingly, I ended up loving this drama far more than I expected. Itās packed with legal cases, yet it still carries a quiet slice of life warmth that somehow felt so healing. I especially loved the conversations they shared over the tea..
What I loved most was the slow burn relationship. They started off barely liking each other, then slowly became each otherās comfort, safe place, and someone they could lean on. The progression felt so natural that I found myself getting more attached with every episode.
I really hope season 2 gets confirmed and starts filming soon because the ending was honestly⦠a shit. Even so, Iām still giving it an 8.5/10. It wasnāt perfect, but it comforted me in a way I didnāt expect, and thatās exactly why I loved it.
Her acting has improved so much in Mad Concrete Dreams. I was honestly so impressed seeing how much sheās grown since her idol days. I really need to see her in a medical or lawyer drama next.
I know sheās busy right now, but I also know sheāll probably disappear for a while before taking on another project. Dear Krystal, I completely understand that you love your slow, rich girl lifestyle, but as your fan⦠I need moreeee ššš
Idk guys, but I love this one so much⦠I started watching it out of boredom, and I havenāt really watched kdrama in years. Somehow, this one gave me so many good laughs.
Iām usually not into slice of life dramas especially if itās related to medical, cuz I prefer shows with intense surgeries and high stakes scenes like Dr. Romantic. Thatās probably why I never enjoyed Hospital Playlist as much, even though I finished both seasons.
But this one? I genuinely enjoyed it. Maybe I need to give Hospital Playlist another rewatch too.
Overall, good drama. Plot was well developed and easy to follow.Main leads acting was very stiff. Barely showed…
That was actually one of the reasons I dropped it. But Iām kind of bored now, so I might give it another try. Though after seeing your comment, Iām a little discouraged again š
I might have to start rewatching it. I never finished it because, at the time, I wasnāt really feeling their acting. In this show, there are definitely some questionable expressions and scenes š, but I donāt know why, I just love it
Honestly⦠itās not that bad. Is it amazing? Not really, just okay.... The plot isnāt super wow, but the acting is good, the chemistry is there, and the OST is decent. If youāre bored and have nothing to watch, you can give it a try. I honestly donāt understand why the ratings are so low because itās much better than some wuxia dramas Iāve watched this year. Iād definitely rewatch it again
I know some people canāt get past the fact that the ML and FL have a big age gap in real life⦠but I donāt care because in this drama, theyāre so cuteeee. Both couples are so cute. Mee and Namphueng are so cute, theyāre too cute to the point that I had to skip their scenes because Iāve been giggling nonstop. Gosh, I swear I can see myself in these characters, but Iād definitely die of embarrassment because I wouldnāt be able to keep myself together if that happened to me.
This drama literally just started airing, and I only saw a few clips on TikTok⦠now Iām already interested š I really want to wait until it finishes, but why did it have to show up on my fyp?? If I start it now, I know Iāll lose interest waiting for new episodes every week. The struggle is real.
Iām personally not a fan of Channel 7ās dramas. I feel like most of them focus on revenge, though maybe thatās just the ones Iāve watched. This drama is pretty different. It still has that kind of plot, but the vibe is very different, and the quality has improved a lot. Itās very refreshing to watch a story about a cosmetics scientist and business, and the second-lead couple is really nice to see too. It feels like Iām watching a Korean or Chinese drama.
That said, I also feel like this drama is a bit too short. I canāt really see proper development for each character, and some transitions feel a bit weird. I think they shouldāve stuck to their usual format, either shorter episodes with more episodes overall, or a longer duration. But overall, I like it because itās totally different from typical Channel 7 dramas.
I really liked this drama. I went in with zero expectations and ended up being pleasantly surprised. Starting with what I disliked the most, I really couldnāt stand Annita. After they moved to Shanghai, I skipped most of her scenes until the end because her character just didnāt sit right with me at all.
What kept me watching was Kao and Brightās chemistry. It was insanely good from the first episode, and honestly, that alone made me finish the drama even though I didnāt love most of the plot. The OSTs were pretty good, the acting was okay, and while there are flaws, itās still enjoyable. One thing that really bothered me though was the Mandarin speaking, it was quite painful to listen to at times.
I tried to see things from the charactersā perspectives and appreciate the positive sides, but that last episode⦠what was that scene?? We already had a happy ending, everything was settled, and that part felt completely unnecessary. I wanted to rate this lower, but I just couldnāt because their chemistry was too good to ignore.
My thoughts on this drama, Iām not really a fan of SWL, but he did great here, same with ZJM. The acting is solid, and the story is calm not overly dramatic like typical soap operas. Some people might find it boring. I did skip a bit toward the end because not much was happening and I just wanted to finish it, thatās on me. Normally, Iād rate this kind of drama pretty low since itās not amazing but not bad either. Surprisingly, I wasnāt as bored as I thought Iād be, so the rating feels fair to this drama. I didnāt like the OSTs though, which is rare for me, but the editing was good.
This drama and BPIL both won Most Anticipated TV Series in 2024 for 2025 dramas. I prefer BPIL in terms of story and OSTs, while this one stands out more for its editing. Both have good acting, but overall this is an 8/10 for me. The story is just okay, but I really loved the first half.
