Season 1 was good tolerable but the ending caught me off guard but to make matter worse we had to wait 2 years for such a bad ending. I feel like it just went downhill with that time skip.

I only like this for sentimental purposes just like boys over flowers. some of you newcomers will never understand smh

the Mc is a trashy person he pretty much just dates whoever he wants, in the end the fl ends up being insecure and sort of traumatized from what happened to her she also ends up with another person. he has this obsession with butterflies, I guess he view them the same way with girls. that wherever they go they will always choose the same path and also once they get too close he leaves them. He manipulate her into falling for him and have sex and then he would dump them once he gets what he wants. the webtoon is on free pass right now you can just skip at the end and read it.

Not to mention that this drama has not gotten lots of attention so you cannot just speak for the majority of the people. clearly you missed the point, what I'm saying is you didn't have to bring up the black lives matter movement at all. To clarify, I'm not saying the issue is not that deep. I'm saying that they're different. I think it is more of prejudice than racism. Racism is the belief of one race is superior than the other. However prejudice is the unfair generalization of about an entire catogery of people. Which is what is happening right now. Indonesian in the show is being viewed that they have bad sportmanship in the show and treats koreans differently. Basically the idea is they are being catogorized and streotype that way which of course is not the truth. I don't think you understand the black lives matter is a social movement protesting against incidents of police brutality and all racially motivated violence against black people. That statement did not make sense because South Korea and Indonesia are Asians. The race of the "white people" doesn't have anything to do with this situation.

The whole comment section does not represent the majority. Many people spoke up and stood by the black community because it has been an issue that is ongoing and again people are losing their lives. I'm not dismissing what happened in the drama I'm simply saying that you just cannot compare both issues together and say "since black lives matter was such a big deal how come people are not reacting the same way with what happened to this drama" and call it hypocrisy. Black lives matter has a deeper meaning to it, it has been a heavy issue for the black community as they have lost too many people because of their skin colour. Not to mention it was an issue that had an impact all over the world so to compare the reaction and support of the people to this comment section is just ridiculous.

it's tricky to say but I've explained before in most cases where a webtoon gets adapted it's likely that they won't change the main plot of the story which is Jaeon being a player they sometimes do change some scenes but not the whole plot. I've heard someone mention that the JTBC said that it's going to be a super-realistic drama and it will follow the story but I don't know how much of a reliable source it is.

I totally get it, the drama itself k really captivating and ngl the character song kang plays is ready interesting we never get to see this side of his acting plus I'm really into the whole art set for this drama it so cool!

it's so tempting to ship them together in those cute moments but then once you get over it you can definitely see just how toxic he is and his mind games with her. I hope people won't still ship them at the end of the drama if the story goes like the one in the webtoon. Just because they spent so much time together and look very romantic I want people to never forget his true personality and his intention at the start. Even tho they can't help it cause it Song Kang lol. Having Song Kang as the male lead will definitely make a lot of people disappointed.

don't think it will happen I really hope it does tho. Directors/screenwriter rarely change major plots in webtoons, they always stick to the og plot of the webtoon. I can already see how much people are gonna hate Song Kang because of the character lol
