Kim hid into a giant jar. :D And whoever picked that pink jumper for Kit has my forever love.
I can't with them, this has to be the cutest, fluffiest, sweetest show ever and it just makes me smile. The fact that it's airing on the same day as My Stubborn makes it even more precious.
I want to see a little more of the adults, though.
I don't even know why people compare it to JJ. The plot is soooo different and the cast is mostly new comers.
I don't either. Maybe because both Joker and Sun were in prison, but Joker was a thief and a cheat so his situation was not the same as Sun's who did fight, but did not kill anyone and didn't deserve it. What Joker experienced in prison and how it'd changed him was not shown IMO unlike with Sun. And yes, there are mafia guys and illegal stuff in both series, but it ends here.
The romance in J & J was treated like an afterthought, but it's yet to see how it's going to play out here. At least the mains are meeting next week.
This series is better than Heesuinclass 2 and Something is not right.
I don't get Something is not Right. Maybe it's me, but the way the story is told doesn't appeal to me. Both mains are a real mess.
Heesu and Seong Won were everything to me and I loved them, but I'm not blind and it was clear that the producers tried to keep their romantic scenes as minimal as possible, which is a shame because had they done them right, Heesu would've been a hit with the original SL and with the acting.
This is weird, it doesn't appear for me in the "coming soon" page, only The Next Prince which comes out a day later. If I click on the direct link, it says it's not available in my country.
I have VPN, but it's still a bother, because I'm going to need a direct link to every episode in order for it to work.
is there a reason why iqiyi hasn’t release this yet, on their page it said 4/23?
You probably live in the wrong location. I have the same problem - this show is on Gaga and on iQIYI, I have subscriptions for both and cannot watch it without VPN on any of them. Generally, I've figured out that paying for iQIYI is pretty much useless if you live in Europe, there are literally double as many shows to watch with a location in the US.
It's not appearing on iQIYI for me, even though I have a subscription. Will it be releasing somewhere else or will I be forced to use VPN yet again despite paying? It's completely useless to pay for iQIYI if you live in Europe.
Jun will master kissing so others will fall head over heels for him... no need for that, Sorn is already so head over heels that very soon, Jun won't be allowed to even breathe on his own.
Heesu and Seungwon were everything to me and I wish the series had been about them only, with Jiyu being Seungwon's best friend, single and happy, and Chan Yeong erased completely because he was the worst "best" friend to Heesu and the worst character ever. I didn't think he could get worse and then the finale came and he proved me wrong.
But I'm giving credit where it's due - Heesu was an amazing, rich, interesting protagonist with his chaotic, oblivious, sometimes annoying, but good-natured, loyal and brave self and I loved him to pieces, and now I'm convinced more than ever that Seongwon, not being half as brave as Heesu as to confess his feelings, has been deliberately (well, until the very last episode when he pulled away) working to make Heesu fall for him and confess first, because he has been actively trying to show he likes Heesu without saying it since episode one. They make an adorable couple and I have been anticipating them for 5 weeks, so I'm not letting the rest spoil my love for them. <3
Well, we all knew the confession was going to be in the last episode, so no surprise here, but they couldn't have made Chan Yeong more unlikebale even if they'd actively tried.
I suppose this episode was meant to be angsty, but it was frustrating instead. Why would Heesu need to tell a friend who doesn't care about him first before telling the actual person he likes? Why wouldn't Seongwon just tell him? It's not easy, of course, but it's been going on how long?
It's been a while since I've seen a BL that took such a long time for the mains to admit their feelings. I think it would've been received way better if it'd come out in 2021, because quite a few of the BLs then were like that.
Is this really a BL? Episode 5 was a little encouraging, but nothing happened in episode 6. The only relationships going on are heterosexual, and this is not why I started watching.
It's pretty and nice to look at, the music is nice, too, but very slow and more of a bromance, as much as I dislike the word. Nothing happened between the mains in 6 episodes out of 7, except that they developed a very close friendship. I don't see that changing in one episode.
If it's indeed meant to be a bromance, they should label it as one.
You guys seriously nitpick at ANYTHING, like just be grateful we even got this show to begin with. & there’s…
Yes, although I could've done without the straight couple, I don't get the complains about them getting most screen time. Clearly Heesu is the main character and most screen time is about him.
I'm not sure I got it right, but the carrot juice thing was started by Chan Young as a joke and the girl and Seung Won picked on it?
Jiyu is, for me, the best character along with Heesu, no competition.
I liked episodes 7 and 8, we're finally getting somewhere. I'll never understand why Seung Won didn't tell Heesu he didn't like Jiyu a lot earlier and hope to hear some explanation for it. Please don't drag the confession until the very last episode, although I'm expecting exactly that to happen.
After they fixed the English subs for part 4, I'm glad to say the plot is picking up.
Jay, you could've had your boyfriend this very episode if you haven't said what you said... really, why do people have to complicate things? If Sant hadn't been interested, he wouldn't have brought it up.
I'm enjoying the series a lot, the trope of falling for someone you'd rejected at first is not as often.
That school play gave me a second-hand embarrassement, though.
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GoKTDkSbgAAAOiw?format=jpg&name=largedid they cut out this scene????
I'm so angry and upset about that, you can't imagine, and I actually like the show, but this is not it. They didn't have problems showing the straight couple holding hands and cuddling on the bus.
There are still 4 episodes to go. Prediction: we'll have to see the straight couple being sweet to each other in every single one of them, while Heesu and Seung Won won't get to it, because they'll confess in the very last episode, given the pacing their SL has been given.
I get that this is the story and Heesu needs time to get over his heartbreak and sort himself out, but cutting scenes like that one and giving us the straight couple doing it instead leaves a really bitter taste in my mouth.

I'm hooked about the plot, but I want the romance, too. I hope they will deliver both.

I'm amazed how resilient Sun is for his young age, most people would've been crushed and would've given up. I hope he gets his revenge.

To sum it up, I agree.

We need BLs like this. I'll be watching and rewatching certain parts, like the beginning ;)
