I find the relatinshop between Ramil and Paytai very interesting, because IMO it's not what it seems. Ramil seems to be way more into Paytai than the other way around and I think Paytai says the things he says because he's realised this is the way to keep Ramil happy and get what he wants from him, because he wants something else too and not just Ramil's love. Ramil, on the other hands, seems to be madly in love with Paytai, in an entitled and possessive way, typical for some (not all) people in his position (a prince, rich, used to getting his way). It's clear to me, however, that the one with the real power in the relationship is Paytai.
Xiao Bai and Da Hei were like the most adorable couple ever, totally in love and crazy for each other and devoted to each other from the beginning to the end. It helped that they had similar personalities and were supporting each other all the way. Their love story and chemistry carried the series, because the plot was ridiculous, like with many BLs from Taiwan. I would recommend to watch, only for them.
The scene with Keen slowly seducing Thun and driving him crazy on the dance floor was everything to me. It's honestly what I've wanted to see in a BL for a long time but have rarely, if ever, got. The actors, especially Keen, owned it.
This show has surprised me in the most positive way possible. ❤️
Peace tried to kiss Sun first? Was he being brave or he just doesn't care about his father's warnings? I did not think he would be the one to try it first.
I didn't recognize the guy with the mask at the very end... who was it? Was it the guy Kawin was with before, their another friend who apparently told Kawin about the money and set Sun up? I didn't get the last scene very well.
They certainly are not backing off from the hard truth... of course it was obvious nothing good was awaiting Mei when it became clear who was interested in her, but it was really hard to swallow to see her like that. Without Sun, she probably would've died at some time because her other brother doesn't care about her at all. Also, is a GL couple coming or am I imagining things?
So big boss Joe knows his son likes boys and immediately noticed there's something going on between Peace and Sun. He's not stupid, I'll give him that. But honestly, he should expect something like that. Forcing his son to surround himself with mafia people, it shouldn't surprise him that Peace would pick another mafia son like himself.
I was taken by surprise how well Peace could defend himself. Actually, he had no scratch on him while Sun did. He might be the better fighter here. :)
I'm really interested in Jihoon's role. If he's plotting to take Joe's place and knows that Joe wants Peace to be his heir, wouldn't he keep quiet about Sun and Peace to Joe, at least at the beginning?
i have to decide if i watch this first or the next princewhen saturday gets difficult
I watch The Next Prince first mainly because it's airing first in my region. If I had to pick, I'd probably watch this one first, because I like it better.
If the quality of this remains the same, it will go to my all-favourites list. It's so good.
I love Keen, he's such a strong, brave, capable and smart person despite his less-than favourable situation. And the chemistry between both couples! Love, love, love this!
I know i'm not the only one who is confused about Thai and Champ, what are they even doing???? Are they dating??…
You're not, I didn't get it either. In episode 2, when they kissed, I thought it was for the first time, but here it didn't seem so. Hopefully they will explain it, because I'm confused.
The contrast to Sorn and Jun is so big, though. Tai and Champ's love scene felt sort of slow.
He's still not as bad as Ming in general, but jealousy-wise he's about on the same level. And I can't believe…
OMG, yes, Ray was another of these crazy jealous characters, for no reason, I should add, Sand was madly in love with him. This trio - Ming, Sorn and Ray - need some treatment before getting involved with anyone. As far as I remember, at least Ray got some, while Ming just apologized, apparently the writers thought that could compensate him being an obssessive, possessive psycho who should've been sued for assault and deprivation of liberty. Now let's see what they are going to do with Sorn. At least Jun is not a wall flower and can stand up for himself.
Way more. A very unpopular opinion: Top Form is overrated and overhyped and has only the good acting and the chemistry…
I've got no problem that it's from a manga, I just don't get the rave reviews, because it ain't very good. There are way better shows airing right now that don't get the same treatment.
Damn Sorn really be making his way up the list of Thai BL's biggest red flags. I'd say he just overtook Payu and…
He's still not as bad as Ming in general, but jealousy-wise he's about on the same level. And I can't believe I'm saying it, but at least Ming was in an acknowledged relationship with Joe before the crazy happened, while Sorn continues to be in denial. I hope that the scene in the teaser with Tai hitting him after finding out about him and Jun will happen. Please, it would be so deserved.

The plot is an absolute mess. Since Akin and Jin came together, the writers have been doing nothing but throwing misfortune after misfortune at Akin (a horrible SA, an obssessive fan, an exposure and shaming, death of a loved relative, humiliation, you name it, poor Akin has to face it) and never resolving any of these admittedly serious issues properly. I still have to watch the last episode, but I'm sure it will be exactly as disappointing like everything that came after episode 4.
At least, My Stubborn is acknowledging that Sorn's treatment of Jun is wrong, the narrrative is clear, and Jun is perfectly capable of standing up for himself. I'm certain he will not let Sorn treat him like that for much longer.

The rating finally went up!!!

That NC scene went on forever, OMG.
