The scenes where CYQ pulls the FL close to him and the wedding scene where he shows he is serious about her was like OMG moment, release the butterflies 💘 It did develop quite fast and maybe they could have spent more screentime showing the build up.

The character would fit in with a Dumb and Dumber role but as a general in charge of lots of lives?? I know his character plays a part in the comedic side of the drama but its kind of off-putting especially when it turns serious. The screenwriters and directors need to rethink some of this.

👍 At first I thought it was me when I was scratching my head with the ML's personality, character, and intelligence in the first few episodes. Later on, I'm like this is HUGGGEE stretch this dude is going to survive being a general much less a love interest for an intelligent FL. For the life of me, I don't understand why the FL isn't feeling it with CYQ because it seems there are more audience members rooting for their romance than the ML.

I'm puling my hair out with AM not being with CYQ even though there are big obstacles and in the story she doesn't like him "that way". CYQ is just so much more compelling as a love interest!

Ji Hyuk's character is incredibly caring and such a contrast to Ji Won's ex. I like how the story tellers gave him a second chance to also do a re-do as he felt he had missed an opportunity in the previous life to be a part of Ji Won's support system. ❤️

Fist in the air!!! Ji Won you gave that ex MIL and that bastard fiance a piece of your mind. Slam your hands and walk out of there like you won a Wrestling match. She slammed dunk the crap out of that meeting. Taking names and crossing them off the hit list my girl. YASSSS!!!!! ✊

Yes! They have captured the nuances and at times the complexity of these relationships with individuals who fall higher on the narcissistic spectrum. One moment that stood out for me is when the FL fought back and stood her ground in the Capture the Flag activity with her Fake BFF who was ruthless in taking it from her and the Fake BFF finally hooked up with the FL's BF. Despite the FL's triumph, she still felt the grief of the loss of two individuals who she loved but is letting go because she is taking the steps to love herself and to get out of being hurt physically and emotionally by them. ❤️

I agree the actor is doing a good job with the portrayal, it is triggering as his character is abusive to a point the FL is pretty brave for sticking it out to execute her plan of getting rid of him for good. His character is so slimy and her BFF (she's a good actress too) is extremely irritating.

I feel the same and my opinion is they did a pretty good job with building the suspense of the FL eventually kicking her fake BFF and BF to the curb. What a bunch of parasites!

The scene where the FL tells the ML, she wants to be happy but on her own and with her strength without using people like Su-min was pretty powerful. 👏

I agree, it has exceed my expectations so far. Its satisfying to see the FL get a second chance to redo and eventually dump that hot mess of an abusive BF and saboteur BFF.
