Though this drama has a lot of points where we feel frustrated, we did laugh and cry along with the characters…
Personally, I am really enjoying the show. It's a very easy watch for me, the production is good and the plot is interesting, even if I don't like all of the characters, none of them annoy me which is a blessing. I wouldn't say it's a masterpiece for me but it's definitely a very good show. I have no regrets from picking it up!

Yeah, I have seen master/disciple romance in other shows and I have liked them but the one here is just not working out, and as you said the ick-factor is somehow stronger? For instance, I am coming fresh from watching One and Only earlier this year and that show really sold the idea and I was rooting for that couple but here I'm just...underwhelmed.

Omg i am so pissed at the master! He got Zheliu to kill herself?! Wtf is his problem?! That was literally the only relationship in this show that I liked! I hate him. He's miserable and he's making everyone else miserable too. Jerk! UGH!
