So, I watched Royal Feast first till eps 16 and read the comments here full of this Yanxi Palace. I was long know…
😂 Lucky you! I stopped watching when Yingluo decided to move on with life and skipped to the part where she realized that Fuheng had passed. I just couldn't bring myself to ship Yingluo and the king especially knowing that Fuheng and her could have been with eachother had the king allowed it.
Yes! Can't believe the drama didn't even include these scenes.
Both of them got a memorandum of something to remember the other person by, but it was never shown to be acknowledged by the leads. I'm pretty sure it don't matter since they got with each other anyway, but for viewers it would have been nice for us to see them acknowledge those memorandums.
I finally decided to pick this drama up because 1) my sis was infatuated with the 2nd leads and 2) I was bored. At first, I didn't want to watch this because I wasn't a big fan of bambi (her evil image of past roles still lingered in my mind) and I heard reviews of how bad it was so I put this drama on hold before deciding to pick it up.
After watching this, it turns out I finally understood why some people if not all disliked the leads' loveline - it was doomed to be depressing from the start and no one wants to sit through that especially if you're making them depressed for 3 lifetimes.
After watching in ep.16 what happend 1000 years ago I think Bulgalady didn't love Bulgasal 1000 years ago. If…
She does love him, but she was interested in humans especially being attached to the children that she wanted to protect and see them grow up. There were small signs like her yearning for him when she kept looking at the mountains. Although, I have to agree that everything was executed so poorly that I'm baffled by so many noncommunication that goes on and everyone just moves with the flow and action like her not letting him know she left, never once visited him, and tried to kill him when all he wanted to do was protect her.
