Happy watching to you! I wish I can blindly experience everything all over again. πŸ˜‚ I only liked them as a whole when they were working with each other and getting the cases solved. Other than that, please don't put them in the same room, I can't stand the arguments and name pointing lol. The first episode definitely hooked me in and voice 1 will always be the one that brought me into the world of thrillers, but voice 2 is also loved. I haven't completely finished voice 3 because I need netflix to pick it up 😭.

You should watch season 2! I was iffy too, but I wasn't the biggest fan of jang hyuk's character although I liked the actor. I thought the ml's character in season 2 was so much better and had a better relationship development with the fl which was why a lot of people liked it. Although, I did like the villian in season 1 better in comparison to season 2.

You should welcome all characters to the stupid/doormat club. I believe they all should be relatable and/or have something to confess lol. And, tell them to invite the writers to the discuss session.

Title Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Spoiler
If I sum up, correct me if I am wrong-Hwal and SangUn are original bulgasals-Hwal and SnagUn are lovers-Hwal as…
Eul tae thought the twin sister did something, but I think he can't kill the soul because the soul was originally his. His dark hole was cursed by Hwal and the solution to fixing it was to trade back his bulgasal immortality, not by destroying it.

Title Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Spoiler
What does the prophecy means ???"A demon comes from inside a black hole, a demon who grew up eating its father's…
I think the first sentence was towards eul tae because he was made a demon by having his soul taken from him leaving a black hole marking as a remembrance, the second sentence was definitely towards hwal as he gave eul tae the dark hole and was supposed to come back and claim it, the third sentence could be eul tae but then he doesn't want his soul or he probably doesn't know he's supposed to suck it back?....lol

Title Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Spoiler
My theory is that when Hwal turned Ok Eul Tae into a Bulgasal 1000 years ago, what was meant to happen was that…
That's what I caught too! Eul Tae was supposed to originally swap back his place with Hwal, but he definitely got greedy along the way. Also, I noticed that Hwal cares a lot about the word "family" and goes on a rampage when the people he loves gets hurt and just want to kill kill kill. He smiled when he saw Sang Un so he probably thinks the village had something to do with her missing or he psychotically just went after them because she left him, but he was definitely mad and despised her for something along the line of her betraying him and leaving him to die.

Sangwoon leaving Siho and Doyoon in the car to run to Hwal was kinda triggering for some reason. I hope its not…
Haha, that was what flashed in my mind too; all of them should have been by Hwal's side and heard what he had to say. Plus, directing error as I kept thinking siho and dongyun could have ran towards the freeway instead of the corn field when I saw the freeway with cars popped up on the screen when it's supposed to be isolated lol.

I think what lanya was trying to say was that even though siho has no memories/knowledge of who doyoon was, she was still able to connect and be close with him; whereas hwal did not know who doyoon was, but didn't connect or be close to him until he realized who doyoon really was. Again, this is a script issue the writers have with their characters. Yes, hwal seems to be an introvert but writers could have given them some bonding time before he realized that doyoon was his son.

Am I the only one that doesn't give a shit about the romance between Dan Hwal and Min Sang Un? Usually I'm all…
I would have been fine with the romance if it was very subtle or came far afterwards when they have recollected their memories, but in this case it was not, which is why to me it felt forced. Originally, Hwal wanted to kill sangun and he reminded her verbally about it too. Hwal has stabbed sangun once and he CAN do it all over again; sangun was just lucky that siho was kidnapped prolonging her planned prison. So, knowing all of this, it was weird of sangun to think of Hwal romantically when siho herself gets a weird vibe from Hwal yet the one Hwal wanted to kill was sangun not siho πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ. Plus, this siho has no past memories like sangun. It doesn't help that Hwal or the actor himself be vibing with no romance (he always has the "what's up with you" look everytime sangun goes into romance/feel mode).

Let's hope they give us something although I wouldn't think so highly judging from how this writer likes to go around in circles and drops clue only at the end.

I thought the historical aspect was the best part; everything else was more of a trying to find the golden egg among many Easter eggs beside Lee Joon's character moving the plot forward lol.

Title Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Spoiler
I'm pretty sure Eul Tae was human 1000 years ago. He killed his brother by bludgeoning him to death with a rock…
Interesting theory. I kept thinking that the other bulgasal was definitely Hwal, but it could very well be Siho too since she has the power to read into the past and it looks like her own conscious is stopping her from reading too much into the past.

I definitely enjoyed the first half of this show more than the second half. I was struggling so hard to finish the second half and have even put it off a couple of times. At the beginning, I always found myself cracking up on each episode by the hilarious antics of FL and Yan Yan's expressions; even the ML's character was funny because he can be petty also. I definitely miss the bickering moments between the two leads in the first half. The story, however, fell flat after the leads got together. First, I was put off by how FL realized her feelings for the ML which was a disgraced to her character. No doubt I would have fallen for the ML too because he's smart, calm, mature, and straightfoward, but I would not fall in the way FL did if I was FL. I understood that the ML already liked the FL when he first saw her and later came to that realization, but it felt flat from FL. FL always had a naive outlook towards love and is oblivious to ML's feelings; she sort of has a negative outlook of ML's character so I was hoping for a stronger realization where either ML got hurt for protecting her or ML fighting to prove his feelings for her. Second, I got put off by FL's dad; he's always prasing that he'll let FL choose whoever she loves, but once FL chose ML, he did a 360. I understand the dad cares for her, but he pratically forgot who almost got his daughter killed. Plus, a big loop hole in the story was how in the world did the dad not know ML, he was pratically the best friend of your dead son. Another thing that I disliked was how weak the writer made FL to be in martial arts; wished she was stronger especially after getting trained by the ML. At the end, she couldn't even defeat SML, UNBELIEVABLE. I hated the SML's arc which tookover the second half of the show, it was boring and I FF alot. No doubt the actor did a good job portraying the character, but OMGee his character was written so annoyingly; he was pretty much a psycho. He was obsessed and only loved himself. Why? Because this a-ho* did not know gratitude or sincerity. It was always about him and his own self happiness; he cared for no one. To me he was not redeemable at all and they had to make him die so stupidly too. I'd rather the ML plunged that sword into SML instead of SML killing himself because he was not one to kill himself after all he did. Lastly, the writer made the ML super smart, but got lazy at how to execute his smartness. I love that the ML and FL had a healthy and open relationship where they tell each other almost everything and understood each other, but they were repetively using the same tatics to defeat the SML that it was not a surprise anymore LOL.
