I honestly don't understand why people see this drama as low budget? Sure, they didn't use much CGI to make smart earth and the future look cooler/fancier but on the other hand the CGI in dramas (what I've seen) is usually cringeworthy so good riddance, lol. The cinematography was fab though, and that's more important for me.
I started episode 1 two years ago but stopped coz of the word furry stuff/thingy. Glad I continued this because…
Read these comments and was like "what..???" and then started the drama and was going to close it down because of that chewbacca but then remembered what you wrote and made myself sit through it, lol
I read the manhwa and after watching the previews and previews of it. I do not think i want to watch it. I was…
Yeah, I saw some pics from their promotion earlier and couldn't quite get the picture. The atmosphere of the manhwa is so beautiful and enchanting, hopefully they can create a similar feeling in the drama, even though it's modern setting.
Umm.. I thought this drama would be more about how Hyun Jae helps the kids realize their idol/singer-dreams but he's been a lazy bum for more than half the drama already and also no one seems to think that it's a huge deal that he's travelled to the future somehow…? I really like this drama so I'm a bit concerned that the mystery bit will just fizzle out in-between all the teen drama.
I've dropped consciously or unconsciously all of these dramas as well and almost at the same episodes as you, except for bride of the century (but that's probably because I fast forwarded some episodes in that one). Some of these dramas are genially good but because of the hype I expect always so much more from them and that silly disappointment makes me loose interest in them pretty fast, which is weird since I sometimes marathon some really cringe worthy dramas.
If you see yourself die with someone in the future howcome ur reaction is to get close to them and not stay the…
I thought that as well! Keep as far away from them as possible so that they can't die together. Seems like he is just fulfilling their fate of dying together; whatever he does, everything has probably already been set in stone, he might think that he has a choice but all his actions will only close the circle.
The music style of the band reminded me of Good Charlotte, even the main song sounded far too similar, anybody knows if that was intentional or was I just hearing things? lol
I really reallly like goblin but not the main couple... the age gap in the drama is soooo big and uncomfortable..…
Yea, I actually feel that too - she is supposed to be a high schooler so no fault with her acting (even if on the whiny side) but the clash of their ages and their personality vibes (fresh & young VS mature & saturated) is starting to feel a bit weird. I kinda almost expect for him to disappear for a couple of years and then get back in her life again when she's like in her 20s.
Dropping cuz the main chick annoys me with her whining >_>
I'm not gonna drop this but the whining is starting to get to me too… It works good to visualize the age gap but does nothing for the chemistry of the main couple.
