The ending credits/soundtrack has My Girl vibes, they had some kind of classical music mash up too for the melodramatic cliffhangers, this really brings back the feelings >_<
Thanks for this article! I did not even realize that these actors have been off the radar for a while now, I was bummed when Mizushima Hiro retired from acting but it feels like neons ago now ...getting a glimpse of their current lives is almost like going back in time
I love the feeling of this drama and the characters, but honestly, I have no idea what is going on anymore and what the goal/meaning of the story actually is. Are we rooting for the blind prince? Are we waiting on the main girl to come into power? Anybody who has a better understanding and cares to share? I’m on ep 10.
Just finished ep 6, this drama is entertaining but not THAT exciting since it feels like the clues are dropped too early for some of the bigger reveals, so when something new unravels it doesn’t really feel that much of a turnaround. However, still a solid story so far, given that you survive past ep 1 which was really slow.
Heard good things about this drama but seriously ep 1 is a mess and does not catch my interest at all, even the mystery is presented kind of off handedly.. Does the rest of the drama unfold in the same way?
Except for the last 6 minutes, the finale was so disappointing, imo. Haruta's character was totally ruined by…
Same here, they just ruined the whole character progression, making Haruta seem like he doesn’t even care who’s with him as long as he is being taken care of. I will probably never watch the last episode of this drama.
Haha, I got a tie between E and L. I guess I am The Lovable Second Male Lead Undercover-Martial-Arts-Fighter-Secret-Agent-Revenger, put that's a mouthful.
The only cringeworthy is the CGI in the latter episodes and the stoic acting of the female lead.
And even though some are complaining about the upholding of rules etc. in the fantasy world, for me it seemed like they did a pretty good job explaining a lot of things and upholding those rules as well, even if subplots were popping up left and right (it is though not unusual for this type of story, just look at Eternal Love). I also liked how they portrayed the deities/spirits, nor bad or good, they just "are" and as all beings they have their own agenda.
To put it shortly, after finding out about who killed who, who got raped and why something's happened, Black chose…
Wow this drama is so dark. I kind of stopped watching it for some reason even though I really liked it, but knowing all of this now I am not sure I will pick it up again at all. Thanks for the info.
Anybody who's got the evil mother?? x)
