i don't want to suspect gyehoon's father in all of this, but based on the absolute mystery that surrounds him…
Yes! I found the "dr. eun's son is back" to be very weird as well. As if nobody remembers the mother. But at the same time, the sister died when EGH's father was with him, so either the father had an accomplice, or she was slowly dying?
I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to do some sort of experiment on EGY due to the supernatural connection between the kids and it failed.
Seeing how this show has the same writer as Suspicious Partner, main villain there kinda reminds of the stalker…
Damn, never got through SP but that's really dark... But I can definitely see your point, the stalker is getting a lot of screentime recently so they will definitely give him a backstory soon.
Kinda have a feeling that they are gonna somehow redeem the stalker? Like the last scene in ep8 when they turn into their child selves felt weirdly nostalgic and the fight was more like a fight between ex friends rather than a fight with an assumed murderer and stalker. Dunno, just haven't felt the inital horror of the stalker in ep7 and ep8, and while I can get behind portraying him like the pathetic human that he is, he now seems more like a strange guy nobody likes cause he's an asshole. So I'm wandering if they are gonna pull out some shit like that he was broken from an early age, looking for love, and didn't really kill female chef's sister or sth like that, and the real killer being behind him and manipulating him all along. Although I really wish they don't do that. Dunno, just a thought
Also, I just really don't want the leads to split near the end due to FL family being involved in ML's sister murder or heart transplant from the sister or any other bullshit. That would be an unnecessary cliche for a show that so far is pretty good. Pls writer-nim, that's my only wish.
I know it's a minor detail, but one of the best things so far for me was when DH told GH that she murdered somebody, but then tried to portrait it as a joke and he didn't fall for it. That's one of the cliches I hate the most - confessing and turning it into a joke, right behind "she kissed/confessed/whatever but he was sleeping/sick/drunk and doesn't remember a thing the next day"
First of all, I'm sorry for my English, I'll do my best!Everything is clear for me from the end of the first season.Woong…
Ooh you have a point about them being in similar situations. I thought it was so out of place & irresponsible for Yumi to buy Babi such an expensive gift when she struggles finacially. But it's pretty much the same thing as when Woong gave her the keyboard or when he bought her new table after destroying the old one in S1.
I know it’s a drama so I shouldn’t take it seriously but I actually said out loud to my tv, “what are you…
Yeah you're right, but at the same time, I feel that it would be soo hard for her. We see her doing overtime daily and if I were her, I would have no energy to spare after that. But she definitely should have prepared financially for at least a few months before resigning or tried to reduce her hours. Or maybe moved back to her parents? But maybe that will happen in the future...
am I the only one who can't feel chemistry between babi and yumi? like everything happen between them so fast…
Yeah, I kinda get the same feeling... also he's character is barely developed which only adds to lack of chemistry, especially comparing to fantasric chemistry of Yumi and Woong in S1
I do really like BaBi, but I feel they are not giving us enough to really get to know him, his cells and his life…
Same! For now I still feel like BaBi is from another universe or sth. Like in S1 we got so deep into Yumi's and Woong's feelings and motivations, that BaBi just seems too unrealistic right now. Even though Woong had so many flaws I still like him more, just cause I feel like he's a real person and not just an imaginary man.
Ok, wasn't the most convinced with the beginning of S1, but after getting through some rough parts and plots I wasn't used to, S2 is just amazing! So satisfying! But won't be watching S3 due to the bad reviews, I'll let the fond memory of S2 stay in my mind hehe
