owh I see. That's why they hold this drama to air. From what we have experienced, here are several moves that can be executed by iqiyi:
1. removing him from the cast list as if he never existed, as they did with ZZH in WoH.
2. replace his face with another actor through CGI, like in Legend of Fuyao. but it will take some time..
3. cut most of his scenes or keep those scenes but never show off his face. again it will take some time to edit

anyway, hard to be a persona in China's showbiz. The government watch every breath you take.

Stabbing each other between FL and ML is so generic in Xianxia. So far something that intrigued me in Xianxia is, the scene in Immortal Samsara where Yan Dan split half of her heart organ for Ying Yuan, yet she stayed alive. 😒
