The drama had issues, logic ones that made us confused/angry, but this is still a solid drama deserving of high ratings for me. In my more than 15 years of watching kdramas (and later other Asian dramas), my criteria for rating has changed over the years. For me, the most important thing now is the entertainment value. QoT entertained me, kept me anticipating next episodes, stirred my emotions . Congratulations QoT!

I love the ending, heartwarming and so beautiful. Knowing that the couple lived a long happy life together with their most awaited daughter, and Hae In fulfilling her promise of becoming a pretty angel (proof that she was the one who loved him most) that would accompany HW as he journeys to the afterlife makes a beautiful ending for me.

I really like this too. I felt this scene was needed, for him to ask for forgiveness for his initial actions -- we know these were brought about by years of hardships, humiliations, moral dilemmas, feelings of suffocation, loneliness, fear, etc., but still, he should not have buried his love and promises.

What I mean is, they know who her husband/guardian is so why would they allow a stranger Eun Seong to be near the patient.

I know a lot of commenters have already pointed this out, but I still want to vent -- Why is the family not in Germany for the surgery?! They did not have travel restrictions yet! Even Baek Hyun Woo's parents can go too! They are not short of resources to go. Also, why is a stranger, Eun Seong, allowed to be near Hae In when the doctors know how sensitive/critical her case is? The nurses/doctors know who she was with, who her husband is. Did they not even mention this to the patient? Shouldn't she have neuro/psych specialists with her post op that will assess and help jog her memory -- and one of the first questions should be if she remembers her husband (who everyone has seen her with, of course! he made all the hospital arrangements)? Only the acting carried Ep 14.

Ep 13 epilogue scares me. Will Hyun Woo die and make Hae In the Queen of Tears?

Agree. Seeing him cry makes me cry too. He has the ability to make you feel what he is feeling.

I think that the numbers you have here are the actual number of views. The hours viewed column show 41.4 Million for the week of Mar 25-31.

I really don't understand why Hyun Woo still kept that paper. He could easily discard it since if he wants to go through with it later then he can just draft/print another one.

The synopsis reminds me of the Thai lakorn The Love Proposal . This is going to be romcom though while the Thai one is more melodrama. But similar set-up - gay older brother marrying to secure the position.

I think Madam Ju wants her to have someone beside her, someone on her side when she's gone (well, by the time the will is opened, she's definitely gone), so Dohee will have a family and not be lonely. Madam has some kind of guilt in making Dohee an orphan.

I know the 10th News Award was 1 year after the chip breakthrough, that is why I thought the proposal was about a year or two from when they got back together, but was confused when she mentioned having a kid about to enter school. So I was wondering if there was another time skip from the News Award to the Le-an 7th anniversary.

I am a bit confused with the timeline. Can anyone tell me how many years after they got back together did they get married or did Shi Yan proposed? I thought about a year or two, but she mentioned in the 7th anniv of Le-An that if he was that sweet from the beginning, they could have had a school-age child already.

This started quite good, but now after watching 12 eps, I may just wait to skip to the last few eps when this is completed. It is getting annoying, frustrating, slow, and repetitive. Only the 2 main villains (Orn and Tin) have some kind of smarts, the rest, especially the main leads lack common sense, or even just simple logic. So frustrating also when people seem to become mutes, they just let the lies go on when they know the truth.

It was a good lakorn, quite fast-paced with enough plot. I was actually relieved for Nasis when the lakorn ended, he was bombarded with one problem after another throughout the whole drama from start to finale! Good thing that he was so smart, but can't they just let him breathe for a while, have peace and be happy for even just a day? Bank did well.
