I like this lakorn, the story is quite good and better than many of the lakorns I have watched. The love story is believable and, I say, commendable. Honest with each other, no longstanding misunderstandings, loyal til the end. Chemistry is excellent, they really look like they are in love. Though some scenes or executions are 'unrealistic, impossible', we already somehow expect these of lakorns so these become 'acceptable'.
Smart casting of the male lead. He has a face that we can't help but sympathize with even though he is, mostly, a cold-blooded hired killer. We fall and feel for him with his doe eyes.
This is good. The pacing is OK, not much filler scenes, except for the extended scenes that most lakorns have. What stood out for me, more than the romance, is the relationship between brothers Touch and Time. Melts my heart every time I see them hug and play around; they are very supportive of each other. Also, I like the openness and loyalty among Time's friends.
This is my first time watching the ML, he is quite good especially in hugging and crying scenes. I think he cried in every episode. I have seen the FL in Hua Jai Sila, and she is very pretty but I hoped they did not make her character so eye-rollingly clumsy -- spilling stuff, getting cut, burn, stumbling all over.
Starting to lose interest in this drama. I thought Beam's dad would be smart, but, well dumb after all. Beam's character is also going downhill with over-the-top anger issues, violent, intrusive prying into other people's affairs and quite immature.
I am becoming interested in Kim Young Dae, he is kinda funny in this. And, gotta admit, because he resembles Kang Dong Won who I really like. First saw him in When the weather is fine but it was just a short guest role, I'll check out his other dramas.
that's it.? that's what im feeling watching the last episodes, i enjoyed it but greatly disappointed scored it…
I love this drama, I was entertained. But I confess, though everything was wrapped up in a neat little bow, I also had a fleeting 'that's it? feeling watching the last scene.
Does anyone think that he remotely looks like Kang Dong Won esp in Shooting Stars?
He is known to be a Kang Dong Won lookalike. This contributed to his popularity, I think he gets extra noticed because of this likeness. My initial reaction when I first saw him in the Weather is Fine, is that he resembles KDW.
I am enjoying this, aside from the heart fluttering romantic fluff and comedy, we get a peek at a top celebrity's life, especially troubles. Of course, this is a kdrama, so they pour in as many negative and sasaeng situations as possible; each one is still scary/troubling enough for the celebrity. I hope through some characters like Da Hye, they also showcase the positive fans, displaying 'ideal' fan behavior. I hope she helps protect Tae Sung and not be one of the characters on the 'other side'.
Some folks weren't happy about how BFX found out about HFX's other identity; but I think all things considered,…
I actually liked the way they did it, not much drama about it which I think is good. Makes me like BFX more, shows that she understands that HFX has no obligation to tell her everything about himself or about what he is doing, so why would she make a drama out of that?
Smart casting of the male lead. He has a face that we can't help but sympathize with even though he is, mostly, a cold-blooded hired killer. We fall and feel for him with his doe eyes.
