The highlight of the final was when Zhennan got excited and smiled after opening the envelope and reading Bo Yuan's name on it. He looked so cute! I love him so much.

Anyway, Bo Yuan deserved all the love he gets. The way everyone, even Lelush, rushed to him after his position got announced. The way everyone and their mothers were crying during his speech. He's been through a lot and everyone was just happy for him. That's a wholesome moment right there!

The drama loses its steam by the end of it. Could've been a 9+.

Yu Gengyin really stole the performance in ep 4! Everyone was laughing after he did that aegyo thing. And Bo Yuan is Chuang2021 leader! He is so considerate and selfless. It will be a shame if they are not in the final line-up.

Ahhh I see that MDL has rescaled the rating. This website should just put an announcement that they will deduct the rating of BL dramas by 0.3-0.4 once they surpass 8.5

And can we talk about that finale kiss?? I thought the one on ep 8 was the last one we'd get and I was like, "oh well, the same old Korean kiss" but then BAM! Ep 9 happened! I squealed!

Holy shit it's so short, so simple, yet so good! I rarely give out my 10s unless I have strong feeling about the drama but I've got butterflies watching this one ❤️❤️

You are entitled to your own opinion as I am. But it's the same [Max being flirty], [Tul sighing and rolling his eyes a bit], and proceed to them being shirtless together. I've seen that on TWM and personally that's enough. Their domestic scenes are cute but I'm not a big fan of Tul's acting so, again, those scenes didn't make me feel anything.

Max did really great in this drama though.

Same! I love MaxTul but idk why their intimate scenes in this drama do not interest me much. Sorawit and Tat, on the other hand, were soooo sweet and wholesome! Perhaps it's the novelty of them since we've seen MaxTul being physical over and over again.

Yeah I really suspect there's something wrong with the algorithms. First MDL does not allow BL article, now this.

MDL is using "most popular" title instead of the "official" one. The drama is unfortunately more known as "A Tale of Thousand Stars" than its official title (1000 Stars), so they use that.

I wrote something about it a couple weeks ago and seems like the consensus among users who commented is that BL dramas are simply....not good/popular enough compared to non-BL ones. I've personally decided to ignore the ratings on MDL when picking new drama though because it is not reliable at all. But it does seem sketchy doesn't it?

Color Rush is not perfect at all but I'm a sucker for a good and original story. I agree that Hyunjun might need some works with his acting though.
