I feel like the intimate scenes are definitely more mature than most K-dramas but it's nothing close to softcore p0rn. Nothing that you wouldn't find in any episode of an American show (if you are familiar with any American shows)

unpopular opinion but i want PJE and YNB to end up together. it's kind of like a guilty pleasure watching the two of them. ik in real life, they would never end up together because assholes like PJE will not get sudden character development to the point of loving and respecting their "toys" which is exactly why I want it to happen here in dramaland where it doesn't have to be realistic loool

WOW me too. No wonder I loved lovestruck in the city and this drama so much! People also felt like lovestruck in the city was draggy and slow so I think this is just the type of drama that I like

I noticed the drama didn't show us most of Nabi and Jaeeon's interactions (I'm like here wondering what they are texting each other or how they ended up drinking coffee at school together the next day) - possibly because there were too many in the span of like two weeks but even on her bday, they didn't completely show us their conversations of the day but only cuts. I'm sure that if Nabi didn't mention her bday or her fight with her mom and Jaeeon mentioned it anyway, Nabi will be like wtf. Nabi did mention going to her mother's on Sunday and I'm guessing Jaeeon stalked her but I really do not think that man in her mom's room was Jaeeon.

^ Tho tbh I think the story would be so fun and twisted if that theory is true HAHAH

These four characters are what makes this show a show. If these four doctors were like every other doctor, there wouldn't be a story! I'd hope that people can differentiate between our four main characters and real doctors. I mean this drama isn't even the most medically correct either but I think that is completely okay because it's supposed to be a show about four doctors and their personal lives.

I think people don't like Professor Cheon not because he cares about money, which ofc he should care about money right? But because he is not being a good doctor by dismissing his patients and their concerns without fully explaining to them what the situation on-hand is.

These four doctors are known to everyone in this drama to be superhumans and the best of the best, not the typical doctor anyone should be expecting to see lol. It's highly unrealistic and made to be unrealistic! I mean as with anything, there will definitely be people who end up having a false impression of S.Korea dramas because they can't differentiate reality but that's not the drama's fault at all.

I don't think Hospital Playlist tries to romanticize Korea's healthcare system. I don't think that's the point in this drama? They even show how hard Songhwa and Jeongwon work towards the Daddy Long Legs Program and how many patients were only able to get treatment because the Daddy Long Legs Program paid for their medical bills. Seriously, Songhwa is "taking a break" but comes back to Seoul basically every week in order to perform VIP surgeries to fund this program... VIP patients fund many many hospitals because of how expensive it is and instead of pocketing their well-deserved money from 10+ hours of long tiring surgery, Songhwa uses the money to help the less-privileged. That in itself literally shows how flawed S.Korea's healthcare system is. Rather than promoting it, I feel like they are actually criticizing it.

Can they reveal who Seol-A is please T_T it doesn't seem like Jaeon is with her or even interested in her in the way that he would be with his preys. They do not have much skinship from what we've seen and the way they talk to each seemed more like childhood friends or something of that nature. The part where Jaeon calls her his "fate" is confusing though.

Is the guy that punched Jaeon the professor's husband/boyfriend maybe? Just a theory since it seems like the guy had access to the workshop area of the school (he literally drove right in) so I feel like he isn't just a random, maybe a professor from a different department? And it does seem like they are trying to make hints of something between the professor and Jaeon. On another note, Nabi and Jaeon tried to keep their fwb relationship a secret but they made it so obvious lmfao like come on, staring at each other and texting each other in front of their friends?

Plus that creepy student that tried to make moves on Nabi by being hella misogynistic is spreading rumors about Nabi and Jaeon....? And do other students actually believe him because to me I feel like everyone had a similar opinion on this creep and dislike him (like at the school festival when they were happy that he was leaving).

I dislike Professor Cheon the most, he is such an asshole to his patients and super dismissive. Ik Sun is bothering me because she is lying to Jun Wan (even prior to the breakup, withholding information is as good as lying) but at the same time I feel like there's no ill-intent in her actions so I can't quite dislike her

bruh at this point i feel like nothing the writers do to the bad guys will be enough so I don't feel like I'll be satisfied. we've already seen JDT in jail and it didn't even feel like he was punished in there... even if he dies I don't think that'll be enough because it feels like the easy way out for him.

also ik-jun's last note "we must forget" was so pleasing to listen to, his voice is so beautiful

also how can 1 hour and 30min feel so short??? we only get one episode a week but it's such a long episode yet it still feels short wtf

the plot sounds like something i would enjoy watching! hopefully it doesn't turn out to be super cringe because the plot seems to have all the potential to go very well or very badly.
