I don't mind Ik Sun living with a male and having a male best friend. My main concern is actually something more people seemed to look over: when Ik Sun called, she told Jun Wan what happened in her day without stopping to ask about Jun Wan's day at all and ended the call.

On a sidenote, I don't think Wintergarden couple is cringey. Jung Won is always super kind and cute with people he is close with: his bestfrends and his mom. Of course once he actually started to date, he would be like that with his girlfriend too.

the thing about voice dubbing that throws me off is that I can't watch a drama with the same actor consecutively because their voices sound different in each drama so it gets hard to feel completely immersed

OKAY NOT AT BITNA CHANGING HER MIND. even if jaeon DOES treat nabi differently, there’s such thing even for players to value one over another. he finds nabi more interesting maybe but that doesn’t mean he would change himself for her…

when Bitna kept warning Nabi and Nabi was being dismissive I wanted to scream 😭😭😭

anyone else rewatch this season to refresh your memory while waiting for the next episode of s2? it def helped me appreciate s2 references to s1 a lot more!

in the last ep of S1, he treats a young girl and her entire family complimented his work ethic and how great of a doctor he is. that served as a reminder to him, in addition to his mother being so against it, his friends also being against it, and alas gyeo-ul. it wasn't only because of a girl. it was everything combined.

the only part about ep 2 that made me a little bit confused was why did Jung Won give up with removing the stitches so fast. I feel like Jung Won definitely would be able to find a way to calm down a crying child through many of his tactics and past experiences. it gave me anxiety that he kept sending the poor family away until their boy "calms down". people wait forever to see their doctors even with appointments most of the time so it felt kind of underwhelming seeing Jung Won fail to remove the stitches all freaking day

Ik Jun is very popular with the ladies as they have said in S1 but I think the reason that there is no one (who we know) that likes Ik Jun is because Gyeo-ul was the ONLY resident in the GS department (Ik Jun's) while Song Hwa has a bunch of juniors. Not only that, he is quite busy with taking care of his son when he is not at work. The only time he is not with his son or at work is when he is with the band. Song Hwa mentioned it in ep 10 of S1 that Ik Jun hasn't really done anything for himself, he considers eating and drinking coffee with Song Hwa the only thing he has done for himself. Song Hwa, on the other hand, likes to do things that she likes in her free time (i.e. camping). I'm pretty sure there are probably a lot of people that we don't know about who find Ik Jun super attractive and charming but aren't important enough to have a role in the show hahah

that's correct. she will end up with a SML but she remains super insecure about the relationship due to her experiences with her ex and the ML which isn't exactly a great ending but realistic in a way

also it's kind of funny how people here either LOVE the second couple and continue only for them OR they absolutely hate the second couple and wish they had less screentime loool

the plot of this drama lowkey feels like a waste of a very high production drama with an amazing cast. :( I wanted to like this drama so much because everything about it, from the synopsis to the production to the cast, seemed so much like something I would love but unfortunately, the plot seems to make no sense

i honestly wished that nabi took just a little bit more time to become THAT interested in jae eon. as a viewer, I felt embarrassed for nabi when she went around asking her peers if they need to smoke just to try and run into him or like when nabi is going nuts at night just because he hasn't responded to a group chat. it felt like she had a middle school crush on him with the way she was lowkey trying to force "coincidences" to meet him? girl you just broke up with a jackass and you're already falling for this playboy to THAT extent (met him TWICE, didn't even know his name until the second meeting).

ml is an asshole but holy crap the chemistry in ep 1 alone. he is still an ass tho

honestly, waiting so long for s2 made me forget how much I love hospital playlist but watching ep 1 of s2 reminded me soooo quickly.

why can't the writers leave some good character development in this sea of evil??? there's literally no character development for these evil assholes besides seokhoon. ;-; continuing to watch this because I am too far in now to give up

Yes but Seokkyung has mentioned that she doesn't like singing (hates singing actually...) in the past and has also never wanted to study which is why she relied heavily on her brother or dad during examinations.

i disagree, i think that as the show progresses, the less sense it makes

in a lot of super hero movies, there are international reps who discuss the attack so it at least portrays the rest of the world.

also, there are other korean dramas that also show how the world is aiding in their attacks (or just a perspective from the outside) so I am questioning the plot for this drama in particular.
^also, there's absolutely nothing wrong with pointing out plotholes that exist in american films as well! tho, i don't see them claiming to be God or Doom

it is not boring but it also just has a plot that makes no sense... but high budget so if you can ignore the horrible plot, it's really an eyecandy drama
